Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for treating keratin fibers comprising: (a) at least one oligomer of a triglyceride of hydroxylated fatty acid and of a saturated diacid; and (b) at least one aminosilicone, wherein the (b) aminosilicone has a degree of polymerization of less than 2,000. The present invention can provide keratin fibers such as hair with improved conditioning effects, in particular a less heavy feeling to the touch and less stickiness.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 15 . (canceled)

(a) at least one oligomer of a triglyceride of hydroxylated fatty acid and of a saturated diacid; and (b) at least one aminosilicone with a degree of polymerization of less than 2,000.
17 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein
(i) the triglyceride of hydroxylated fatty acid is represented by formula (A):
wherein:
R 1 represents a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched alkylene group, and
R 2 represents a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched alkyl group,
and
the saturated diacid is represented by formula (B):
wherein:
X 1 is a linear or branched alkylene group.
18 . The composition of claim 17 , wherein
R 1 represents a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched alkylene group comprising 1 to 18 carbon atoms, and R 2 represents a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched alkyl group comprising 1 to 12 carbon atoms, and X 1 is a linear alkylene group —(CH 2 ) x — wherein x is an integer from 1 to 30.
19 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the at least one oligomer is hydrogenated castor oil/sebacic acid copolymer.
20 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the total amount of oligomer(s) (a) ranges from 0.1% to 15% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
21 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the total amount of aminosilicone(s) (b) ranges from 0.01% to 15% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
22 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the composition further comprises (c) at least one silicone other than the at least one aminosilicone (b).
23 . The composition of claim 22 , wherein the at least one silicone (c) has a degree of polymerization of less than 2,000.
24 . The composition of claim 22 , wherein the total amount of silicone(s) (c) ranges from 0.1% to 30% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
25 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the composition further comprises (d) at least one ester of a polyol and of a fatty diacid dimer.
26 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the composition further comprises (e) water.
27 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the composition further comprises (f) at least one fatty alcohol.
28 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the composition further comprises (g) at least one cationic surfactant.
29 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the composition is a cosmetic rinse-off hair composition.
30 . A rinse-off hair conditioning composition for treating keratin fibers comprising:
(a) from 0.1% to 15% by weight of at least one oligomer of a triglyceride of hydroxylated fatty acid and of a saturated diacid, wherein
(i) the triglyceride of hydroxylated fatty acid is represented by formula (A):
wherein:
R 1 represents a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched alkylene group comprising 1 to 18 carbon atoms, and
R 2 represents a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched alkyl group comprising 1 to 12 carbon atoms,
(ii) the saturated diacid is represented by formula (B):
wherein X 1 is a linear alkylene group —(CH 2 ) x — wherein x is an integer from 1 to 30; and
(b) from 0.01% to 15% by weight of at least one aminosilicone with a degree of polymerization of less than 2,000;
(c) from 0.1% to 30% by weight of at least one silicone other than the aminosilicone (b) with a degree of polymerization of less than 2,000;
(d) at least one ester of a polyol and of a fatty diacid dimer;
(e) water;
(f) at least one fatty alcohol; and
(g) at least one cationic surfactant;
wherein all weights are relative to the total weight of the composition.
31 . A method for treating keratin fibers, comprising applying onto the keratin fibers a composition comprising:
(a) at least one oligomer of a triglyceride of hydroxylated fatty acid and a saturated diacid; and (b) at least one aminosilicone with a degree of polymerization of less than 2,000.
32 . The method of claim 31 , wherein
