Abstract
Modules for housing electronic and electromechanical medical equipment including a system to measure and record administration of one or more IV medications or fluids for IV administration.

1 . An automated data consolidation module comprising:
a module; one or more machine vision digital cameras configured to generate dose event images and response event images; and processing circuitry and software in electrical communication with one or more electronic and electromechanical medical equipment items and the one or more machine vision digital cameras, the processing circuitry and software configured to receive data produced by the one or more electronic and electromechanical medical equipment items and the one or more machine vision digital cameras, the data including dose event data based on the dose event images and response event data based on the response event images; wherein the data is automatically delivered to the processing circuitry, and wherein the processing circuitry and software are configured to automatically add timestamps to the dose event data and the response event data and store the dose event data and the response event data to a database; and wherein the data, after being automatically acquired, timestamped, and saved, is used for one or more of: AI and ML enabled clinical decision support (CDS) functions, AI and ML enabled remote monitoring and supervision functions, AI and ML enabled generative medical note writing and editing, AI and ML enabled “big data” analytics, AI and ML enabled controlled drug chain of custody monitoring, AI and ML enabled administrative and inventory functions, AI and ML enabled applications (apps), AI and ML enabled quality assurance, and AI and ML enabled medical research.
2 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to temporally correlate the dose event data and the response event data using the timestamps prior to storage of the dose event data and the response event data.
3 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to structure and organize the data from the one or more machine vision digital cameras so that the data can generate a “big data” database for subsequent “big data′” analytics.

The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to transform the data including being configured to extract, transform, and load (ETL) to cleans and ready the data to be imputed to a “big data” analytics platform or an electronic health record (EHR) or sent to another user.
5 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to filter and clean the data so that the data submitted to a “big data” database or an electronic health record (EHR) or other data user is accurate and complete.
6 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to apply consistent data standards, consistent data formatting, consistent data fields, consistent data labeling, and timestamping.
7 . An automated data consolidation module comprising:
a module; one or more sensors configured to generate dose event data or response event data; and processing circuitry and software in electrical communication with one or more electronic and electromechanical medical equipment items and the one or more sensors, the processing circuitry and software configured to receive data produced by the one or more electronic and electromechanical medical equipment items and the one or more sensors, the data including dose event sensor data or response event sensor data, and the processing circuitry and software configured to automatically add timestamps to the dose event data and the response event data and store the dose event data and the response event data to a database.
8 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 7 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to temporally correlate the dose event data and the response event data using the timestamps prior to storage of the dose event data and the response event data.
9 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 7 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to structure and organize the data from the one or more sensors to generate a “big data” database for subsequent “big data′” analytics.

The automated data consolidation module of claim 7 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to transform the data including being configured to extract, transform, and load (ETL) to clean and prepare the data for input to a “big data” analytics platform or an electronic health record (EHR) or transmission to another user.
11 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 7 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to prepare the data including being configured to filter and clean the data to increase data accuracy and completeness.
12 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 7 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to apply consistent data standards, consistent data formatting, consistent data fields, consistent data labeling and timestamping.

The automated data consolidation module of claim 7 , wherein the data, after being automatically acquired, timestamped, and saved, is used for one or more of: AI and ML enabled clinical decision support (CDS) functions, AI and ML enabled remote monitoring and supervision functions, AI and ML enabled generative medical note writing and editing, AI and ML enabled “big data′” analytics, AI and ML enabled controlled drug chain of custody monitoring, AI and ML enabled administrative and inventory functions, AI and ML enabled applications (apps), AI and ML enabled quality assurance, and AI and ML enabled medical research.
14 . An automated data consolidation module comprising:
a module including a housing configured to support one or more electronic or electromechanical medical equipment items; one or more sensors configured to generate data including dose event data and response event data, at least one of the one or more sensors mounted to the module by a movable arm configured to position the one or more sensors in a fixed position relative to a patient when the patient is laying supine on a surgical table or a hospital bed or a medical item or device; and processing circuitry in electrical communication with the one or more electronic or electromechanical medical equipment items and the one or more sensors, the processing circuitry configured to automatically receive digital data produced by the one or more electronic or electromechanical medical equipment items and receive the dose event data and the response event data, the processing circuitry and software configured to automatically add timestamps to the digital data, the dose event data, and the response event data, and the processing circuitry configured to save the dose event data and the response event data to a database for temporal correlation of dose events and response events during big data analytics or clinical decision support functions.
15 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 14 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to structure and organize the data to generate a “big data” database for subsequent “big data” analytics.

The automated data consolidation module of claim 14 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to transform the data including being configured to extract, transform, and load (ETL) the data to clean and prepare the data fora “big data” analytics platform or an electronic health record (EHR).
17 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 14 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to filter and clean the data submitted to a “big data” database or an electronic health record (EHR).
18 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 14 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to apply consistent data standards, consistent data formatting, consistent data fields, and consistent data labeling and timestamping.

The automated data consolidation module of claim 14 , wherein the data, after being automatically acquired, timestamped, and saved, is used for one or more of: AI and ML enabled clinical decision support (CDS) functions, AI and ML enabled remote monitoring and supervision functions, AI and ML enabled generative medical note writing and editing, AI and ML enabled “big data′” analytics, AI and ML enabled controlled drug chain of custody monitoring, AI and ML enabled administrative and inventory functions, AI and ML enabled applications (apps), AI and ML enabled quality assurance, and AI and ML enabled medical research.
20 . An automated data consolidation module comprising:
a module configured to support electronic and electromechanical medical equipment; and a system to receive and record data produced by the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment, the system including processing circuitry in electrical communication with the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment to automatically receive the data produced by the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment, the data including dose event data and response event data collected by the system, the processing circuitry configured to:
timestamp the data; and
save the data, after the data is timestamped, to an electronic record or database for temporal correlation of the dose event data and response event data for subsequent analysis.
21 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 20 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to temporally correlate the dose event data and the response event data using the data, after the data is timestamped, prior to storage of the dose event data and the response event data.
22 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 20 wherein, the processing circuitry and software is configured to structure and organize the data from the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment to populate a “big data” database for subsequent “big data′” analytics.

The automated data consolidation module of claim 20 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to transform the data including being configured to extract, transform, and load (ETL) the data to cleanse and ready the data for input to a “big data” analytics platform, or an electronic health record (EHR), or for transmission to another user.
24 . The automated data consolidation module of claim 20 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to prepare the data including filtering and cleaning for submission to a “big data” database, an electronic health record (EHR), or other data user.

The automated data consolidation module of claim 20 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to apply consistent data standards, consistent data formatting, consistent data fields, consistent data labeling and timestamping, to produce data for AI and ML analysis and research.
