Diaper changing article

Abstract

Disclosed is a diaper changing article. The diaper changing article comprising a first portion designed to receive a baby. The diaper changing article further comprising a second portion attached to one of, a side of the first portion of the diaper changing article to form a L-shaped diaper changing article, wherein the second portion of the diaper changing article is designed to be foldable to cover a midsection of a body of the baby, when the baby is lying on the first portion of the diaper changing article.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A diaper changing article, comprising:
 a first portion designed to receive a baby; and   a second portion attached to one of, a side of the first portion of the diaper changing article to form a L-shaped diaper changing article, wherein the second portion of the diaper changing article is designed to be foldable to cover a midsection of a body of the baby, when the baby is lying on the first portion of the diaper changing article.   
     
     
         2 . The diaper changing article of  claim 1 , wherein the diaper changing article is a diaper changing towel. 
     
     
         3 . The diaper changing article of  claim 1 , wherein the first portion of the diaper changing article is a double layered portion made up of a first layer and a second layer, thereby leaving an opening in between the first layer and the second layer to receive a changing pad. 
     
     
         4 . The diaper changing article of  claim 3 , wherein the first layer of the second portion of the diaper changing article is made up of a soft material and the second layer of the second portion of the diaper changing article is made up of an absorbing and waterproof material. 
     
     
         5 . The diaper changing article of  claim 1 , wherein a size of the second portion of the diaper changing article is half of a size of the first portion of the diaper changing article. 
     
     
         6 . The diaper changing article of  claim 1 , wherein the second portion of the diaper changing article is adapted to provide 180-degree coverage. 
     
     
         7 . The diaper changing article of  claim 1 , wherein a width of the diaper changing article is in a range of 28 inches to 32 inches. 
     
     
         8 . The diaper changing article of  claim 1 , wherein a length of the first portion of the diaper changing article is in a range of 23 inches to 25 inches and a width of the first portion of the diaper changing article is in a range of 14 inches to 16 inches. 
     
     
         9 . The diaper changing article of  claim 1 , wherein a length of the second portion the diaper changing article is in a range of 11 inches to 13 inches and a width of the second portion of the diaper changing article is in a range of 14 inches to 16 inches. 
     
     
         10 . A diaper changing article, comprising:
 a first portion designed to receive a baby, wherein the first portion of the diaper changing article is a double layered portion made up of a first layer and a second layer, thereby leaving an opening in between the first layer and the second layer to receive a changing pad; and   a second portion attached to one of, a side of the first portion of the diaper changing article to form a L-shaped diaper changing article, wherein the second portion of the diaper changing article is designed to be foldable to cover a midsection of a body of the baby, when the baby is lying on the first portion of the diaper changing article.   
     
     
         11 . The diaper changing article of  claim 10 , wherein the diaper changing article is a diaper changing towel. 
     
     
         12 . The diaper changing article of  claim 10 , wherein a size of the second portion of the diaper changing article is half of a size of the first portion of the diaper changing article. 
     
     
         13 . The diaper changing article of  claim 10 , wherein the second portion of the diaper changing article is adapted to provide 180-degree coverage. 
     
     
         14 . The diaper changing article of  claim 10 , wherein a width of the diaper changing article is in a range of 28 inches to 32 inches.

         16 . The diaper changing article of  claim 10 , wherein a length of the second portion the diaper changing article is in a range of 11 inches to 13 inches and a width of the second portion of the diaper changing article is in a range of 14 inches to 16 inches.

The diaper changing article of  claim 10 , wherein the first layer of the second portion of the diaper changing article is made up of a soft material and the second layer of the second portion of the diaper changing article is made up of an absorbing and waterproof material. 
     
     
         18 . A diaper changing article, comprising:
 a first portion designed to receive a baby; and   a second portion attached to one of, a side of the first portion of the diaper changing article to form a L-shaped diaper changing article such that the second portion of the diaper changing article is designed to be foldable to cover a midsection of a body of the baby, when the baby is lying on the first portion of the diaper changing article,   wherein a size of the second portion of the diaper changing article is half of a size of the first portion of the diaper changing article.   
     
     
         19 . The diaper changing article of  claim 18 , wherein the diaper changing article is a diaper changing towel. 
     
     
         20 . The diaper changing article of  claim 18 , wherein the first portion of the diaper changing article is a double layered portion made up of a first layer and a second layer, thereby leaving an opening in between the first layer and the second layer to receive a changing pad.
