Machine for the introduction of poles into the ground

Abstract

A machine comprises one movement assembly for the movement of the machine on the ground, at the point where at least one embedding area is located; one beating assembly adapted to drive at least one pole at the point where at least the embedding area is located; one gripping assembly of said pole adapted to pick the pole from a lying location; and at least one positioning assembly of the pole, provided with a housing seat, intended to accommodate the pole and movable in rotation around an axis of rotation, between a home position, in which it is arranged substantially horizontally and receives the pole from the gripping assembly, and a working position, in which it is arranged substantially vertically and positions the pole at the point where the beating assembly is located.

1 ) A machine for the introduction of poles into the ground, the machine comprising:
 at least one basic frame;   at least one movement assembly associated with said basic frame for the movement of said machine on the ground, at the point where at least one embedding area is located;   at least one beating assembly associated with said basic frame and adapted to drive at least one pole to make the pole penetrate at least partly into the ground at the point where at least said embedding area is located;   at least one gripping assembly of said pole, associated with said basic frame and adapted to pick said pole from a lying location; and   at least one positioning assembly of said pole, associated with said basic frame and provided with a housing seat, intended to accommodate said pole and movable in rotation around an axis of rotation, between a home position, in which the housing seat is arranged substantially horizontally and receives said pole from said gripping assembly, and a working position, in which the housing seat is arranged substantially vertically and positions said pole at the point where said beating assembly is located.   
     
     
         2 ) The machine according to  claim 1 , wherein said housing seat is of elongated conformation along an axis of extension, said axis of rotation being substantially perpendicular to said axis of extension. 
     
     
         3 ) The machine according to  claim 2 , wherein said positioning assembly comprises a holding body defining said housing seat, associated rotatable with said beating assembly between said working position and said home position. 
     
     
         4 ) The machine according to  claim 3 , wherein said beating assembly comprises:
 at least one working frame associated with said basic frame and extending along a substantially vertical axis of sliding; and   at least one beating device associated in a sliding manner with said working frame along said axis of sliding and adapted to drive at least partly said pole into the ground; and   said axis of rotation being substantially perpendicular to said axis of sliding.   
     
     
         5 ) The machine according to  claim 3 , wherein said holding body is shaped so as to accommodate said pole to measure. 
     
     
         6 ) The machine according to  claim 4 , wherein said positioning assembly comprises actuating means placed between said working frame and said holding body and adapted to move said holding body between said home position and said working position. 
     
     
         7 ) The machine according to  claim 1 , wherein said positioning assembly comprises adjustment means adapted to vary the extension of said housing seat. 
     
     
         8 ) The machine according to  claim 4 , wherein said holding body comprises a first portion associated with said working frame and a second portion associated with said first portion, said adjustment means comprising a sliding system positioned between said first portion and said second portion and adapted to allow said second portion to slide with respect to said first portion along said axis of extension. 
     
     
         9 ) The machine according to  claim 13 , wherein said positioning assembly comprises retaining means of said pole during the movement of said holding body. 
     
     
         10 ) The machine according to  claim 9 , wherein said retaining means comprise at least one retaining body associated with said holding body and adapted to retain said pole in said housing seat. 
     
     
         11 ) The machine according to  claim 10 , wherein said retaining body is movable between an opening position, in which the retaining body is moved away from said housing seat and allows said pole to be positioned with respect to said housing seat, and a closing position, in which the retaining body occludes said housing seat and holds said pole stationary. 
     
     
         12 ) The machine according to  claim 10 , wherein, with said holding body in said working position, said retaining body can also be positioned in a slack position, wherein the retaining body is partly moved away from said housing seat and allows the movement of said pole along said axis of sliding and guides the sliding thereof. 
     
     
         13 ) The machine according to  claim 1 , wherein said gripping assembly comprises at least one gripping device which is movable in order to grasp said pole and release the pole in said positioning assembly. 
     
     
         14 ) The machine according to  claim 13 , wherein said gripping assembly comprises at least one articulated arm associated with said basic frame and supporting said gripping device. 
     
     
         15 ) The machine according to  claim 1 , further comprising: a driving cabin associated with said basic frame.
