Abstract
Provided is a method for producing a spectacle lens including a metal-containing layer, comprising: irradiating, with an electron beam by electron-beam vapor deposition, a vapor deposition source having metal particles supported on a carrier to form the metal-containing layer.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for producing a spectacle lens including a metal-containing layer, comprising:
irradiating, with an electron beam by electron-beam vapor deposition, a vapor deposition source having metal particles supported on a carrier to form the metal-containing layer.
2 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 1 ,
wherein the metal particles comprise silver particles.
3 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 2 ,
wherein the metal particles further comprise one or more kinds of metal particles selected from the group consisting of platinum particles, gold particles, palladium particles, mercury particles, cadmium particles, cobalt particles, nickel particles, copper particles, zinc particles, and titanium particles.
4 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 1 , further comprising
causing a solution containing the metal particles to be impregnated into the carrier and then performing drying treatment to have the metal particles supported on the carrier.
5 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 1 , wherein the carrier is a porous body.
6 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 5 , wherein the porous body is a sintered filter.
7 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 1 , wherein the metal-containing layer is a metal-containing inorganic layer.
8 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 1 , wherein the metal-containing layer has a film thickness of 5 nm or less.
9 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 2 , further comprising
causing a solution containing the metal particles to be impregnated into the carrier and then performing drying treatment to have the metal particles supported on the carrier.
10 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 9 , wherein the carrier is a porous body.
11 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 10 , wherein the porous body is a sintered filter.
12 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 11 , wherein the metal-containing layer is a metal-containing inorganic layer.
13 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 12 , wherein the metal-containing layer has a film thickness of 5 nm or less.
14 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 3 , further comprising
causing a solution containing the metal particles to be impregnated into the carrier and then performing drying treatment to have the metal particles supported on the carrier.
15 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 14 , wherein the carrier is a porous body.
16 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 15 , wherein the porous body is a sintered filter.
17 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 16 , wherein the metal-containing layer is a metal-containing inorganic layer.
18 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 17 , wherein the metal-containing layer has a film thickness of 5 nm or less.
19 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 4 , wherein the carrier is a porous body.
20 . The method for producing a spectacle lens according to claim 5 , wherein the porous body is a sintered filter.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
