Adhesive sheet

Abstract

An adhesive sheet includes an adhesive layer provided on at least a part of one side or both sides of a base, wherein the adhesive layer is a foamable epoxy adhesive layer containing a polyfunctional epoxy resin and an epoxy resin other than the polyfunctional epoxy resin, and a hot-melt protective layer is provided on at least a part of a surface of the adhesive layer away from the base, and the protective layer contains at least one additive selected from the group consisting of an antistatic agent, a lubricant, and a metal deactivator.

1 . An adhesive sheet comprising an adhesive layer provided on at least a part of one side or both sides of a base, wherein
 the adhesive layer is a foamable epoxy adhesive layer containing a polyfunctional epoxy resin and an epoxy resin other than the polyfunctional epoxy resin, and   a hot-melt protective layer is provided on at least a part of a surface of the adhesive layer away from the base, and the protective layer contains at least one additive selected from the group consisting of an antistatic agent, a lubricant, and a metal deactivator.   
     
     
         2 . The adhesive sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the adhesive layer is 2 to 300 μm. 
     
     
         3 . The adhesive sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein a print layer is formed on the protective layer. 
     
     
         4 . The adhesive sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the adhesive layer further contains a linear polyester type polyurethane resin. 
     
     
         5 . The adhesive sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the adhesive layer contains 20 parts by mass or more of a liquid epoxy resin which is the epoxy resin other than the polyfunctional epoxy resin, per 100 parts by mass of epoxy resin components in the adhesive layer.
