         22 . A pharmaceutical aqueous formulation comprising an effective dose of Hu5F9-G4 antibody;
 and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients comprising 10 mM sodium Acetate, 5% (w/v) sorbitol, 0.01% (w/v) polysorbate 20, pH 5.0.   
     
     
         23 . The formulation of  claim 22 , wherein the effective dose of Hu5F9-G4 antibody comprises from 10 to 40 mg/kg.
