Recyclable hair clip

Abstract

This invention relates to an innovative recyclable hair clip, which includes at least a clip body and a twisted plastic elastic sheet. Said clip body 1 is provided with a first body 10 and a second body 11, said first body 10 is provided with a first clamping portion 100 and a first pressing portion 101, and said second body 11 is provided with a second clamping portion 110 and a second pressing portion 111; a pivoting fastening mechanism 12 is arranged between said first body 10 and said second body 11, through which said first body 10 and said second body 11 can be pivotally opened and clamped to each other. Said twisted plastic elastic sheet is inserted inside said clip body, so the recyclable hair clip can be assembled quickly to effectively reduce the manufacturing cost, and the whole used hair clip can be recycled and reused.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A recyclable hair clip at least comprising:
 a clip body, is provided with a first body and a second body, said first body is provided with a first clamping portion and a first pressing portion, and said second body is provided with a second clamping portion and a second pressing portion; a pivoting fastening mechanism is arranged between said first body and said second body, through which said first body and said second body are pivotally opened and clamped to each other; a space is provided in the middle position of said pivoting mechanism, the inner side of the first clamping portion of said first body is provided with a first fitting groove, and the inner side of the second clamping portion of said second body is provided with a second fitting groove;   a twisted plastic elastic sheet, is provided with an annular portion, two ends of said annular portion are respectively provided with a first support arm and a second support arm, the end of said first support arm is provided with a first fitting portion, and the end of said second support arm is provided with a second fitting portion; the annular portion of said twisted plastic elastic sheet is placed in the space of said clip body, and said first fitting portion and said second fitting portion are respectively inserted into the first fitting groove of said first body and the second fitting groove of said second body to prevent said twisting plastic elastic sheet is ejected from said clip body.   
     
     
         2 . The recyclable hair clip according to  claim 1 , wherein said twisted plastic elastic sheet is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM). 
     
     
         3 . The recyclable hair clip according to  claim 1 , wherein said twisted plastic elastic sheet is made of polysulfone. 
     
     
         4 . The recyclable hair clip according to  claim 1 , wherein said twisted plastic elastic sheet is provided with a rough surface. 
     
     
         5 . The recyclable hair clip according to  claim 1 , wherein a first protruding portion is provided at the end of said first fitting portion, a second protruding portion is provided at the end of said second fitting portion, said first fitting groove is provided with a first notch corresponding to said first protruding portion, and said second fitting groove is provided with a second notch corresponding to said second protruding portion. 
     
     
         6 . The recyclable hair clip according to  claim 1 , wherein said twisted plastic elastic sheet is provided with a decorative member. 
     
     
         7 . The recyclable hair clip according to  claim 6 , wherein said decorative member is a hair piece. 
     
     
         8 . The recyclable hair clip according to  claim 6 , wherein said decorative member is a hair bundle. 
     
     
         9 . The recyclable hair clip according to  claim 6 , wherein said decorative member is a Jewelry.
