Abstract
A floor brush, including: a housing; a first rolling brush; a second rolling brush; a front spraying plate; a rear spraying plate; a first scraper; a second scraper; a first sewage wiping member; a second sewage wiping member; a front evenly-spreading plate; and a rear evenly-spreading plate. A front suction port is defined between the first scraper and the first rolling brush, and a rear suction port is defined between the second scraper and the second rolling brush.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A floor brush, comprising:
a housing having a front part, and a rear part opposite to the front part; a rolling brush comprising a first rolling brush disposed at the front part of the housing, and a second rolling brush disposed at the rear part of the housing; a scraper comprising a first scraper disposed adjacent to the first rolling brush, and a second scraper disposed adjacent to the second rolling brush, a front suction port being defined between the first scraper and the first rolling brush, and a rear suction port being defined between the second scraper and the second rolling brush; a spraying plate comprising a front spraying plate configured to spray water towards the first rolling brush, and a rear spraying plate configured to spray water towards the second rolling brush; a sewage wiping member in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the rolling brush, the sewage wiping member being configured to squeeze a sewaue generated rolling brush after cleaning a floor with the rolling brush out of the rolling brush, wherein the sewage wiping member comprises a first sewage wiping member disposed below the front spraying plate, and a second sewage wiping member disposed below the rear spraying plate; and an evenly-spreading plate configured to evenly spread clean water sprayed on the rolling brush by the spraying plate, the evenly-spreading plate comprising a front evenly-spreading plate in contact with the first rolling brush, and a rear evenly-spreading plate in contact with the second rolling brush.
2 . The floor brush according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first scraper is at least partially in interference fit with the floor; and the second scraper is at least partially in clearance fit with the floor.
3 . The floor brush according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a front rolling brush cover located above the first rolling brush; and a rear rolling brush cover located above the second rolling brush.
4 . The floor brush according to claim 3 , wherein:
the front evenly-spreading plate is disposed on an inner surface of the front rolling brush cover; and the rear evenly-spreading plate is disposed on an inner surface of the rear rolling brush cover.
5 . The floor brush according to claim 1 , wherein a height of the evenly-spreading plate in a vertical direction is higher than a height of the spraying plate in the vertical direction.
6 . The floor brush according to claim 1 , wherein the sewage wiping member is disposed below the spraying plate.
7 . The floor brush according to claim 6 , wherein:
the sewage wiping member is located above the suction port; the first sewage wiping member is close to the front suction port; and the second sewage wiping member is close to the rear suction port.
8 . The floor brush according to claim 1 , further comprising a pump, wherein:
the pump is connected to the front spraying plate by a front water pipe; the pump is connected to the rear spraying plate by a rear water pipe; and at least one solenoid valve is disposed in a flow path of the front water pipe and/or the rear water pipe.
9 . The floor brush according to claim 8 , wherein:
the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush are arranged in parallel; and the pump and the solenoid valve are disposed between the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush.
10 . The floor brush according to claim 9 , wherein:
at least one three-way adapter is disposed between the pump and the solenoid valve; an inlet end of the at least one three-way adapter is connected to an outlet end of the pump; one outlet end of at least one three-way adapter is connected to the front spraying plate and/or the rear spraying plate; and another outlet end of at least one three-way adapter is connected to an inlet end of the solenoid valve.
11 . The floor brush according to claim 10 , wherein the outlet end of the solenoid valve is connected to the front spraying plate and/or the rear spraying plate.
12 . The floor brush according to claim 1 , wherein:
the spraying plate is assembled by a first spraying plate assembly and a second spraying plate assembly; the first spraying plate assembly has a first flow channel defined on a side thereof, and a plurality of spraying ports defined on a side wall thereof, the plurality of spraying ports being in communication with the first flow channel and evenly arranged at intervals in an axis direction of the rolling brush; and the second spraying plate assembly has a second flow channel defined on a side thereof facing towards the first spraying plate assembly, and an inlet port defined on a side wall thereof, the inlet port being in communication with an inlet end of the second flow channel.
13 . The floor brush according to claim 12 , wherein:
the first flow channel is butted with the second flow channel to form a flow channel structure; the inlet end of the second flow channel is arranged to correspond to an inlet end of the first flow channel; and lengths of flow channels from the plurality of spraying ports to the inlet port are at least partially different from each other.
14 . The floor brush according to claim 13 , wherein the spraying plate is fixed to the housing by a connector.
15 . A cleaning device, comprising:
a body; a handle disposed at an end of the body; and the floor brush according to claim 1 .
16 . The cleaning device according to claim 15 , wherein:
the handle is connected to an upper end of the body; the floor brush is connected to a lower end of the body; and the body and the floor brush are configured to be ratable by an adapter.
17 . A floor brush, comprising a spraying plate, the spraying plate comprising:
a first spraying plate assembly having a first flow channel defined on a side thereof, and a plurality of spraying ports defined on a side wall thereof, the plurality of spraying ports being in communication with the first flow channel and evenly arranged at intervals in an axis direction of a rolling brush; and a second spraying plate assembly having a second flow channel defined on a side thereof, and an inlet port defined on a side wall thereof, the inlet port being in communication with an inlet end of the second flow channel, wherein: the first flow channel is butted with the second flow channel to form a flow channel structure by assembling the first spraying plate assembly with the second spraying plate assembly; the inlet end of the second flow channel is arranged to correspond to an inlet end of the first flow channel; and lengths of flow channels from the plurality of spraying ports to the inlet port are at least partially different from each other.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
