Systems and methods for live event management and remote integration
Abstract
Provided are systems and methods for an event management platform that include integrated services that are conventionally provided as add-on features or even provided by third party servicers in conventional approaches. The system delivers functionality not available in any conventional approach. The system and method deliver event management for both online and in-person event execution. Ticketing operation is integral in the platform and can be provided without notorious ticket service fees. Further embodiments automatically integrate an ambassador platform configured to deliver promotion, tracking, marketing, and attribution functions with little or no input required from an event organizer. Pre-registration services can be implemented with little or no input, and ambassador teams can be linked by the system to an event and used to drive participation. Information captured and made available by the ambassador platform and ticketing platform enables audience insights and targeting that are unavailable in conventional systems.

host a platform associated with a performance event;
provide, via a graphical user interface, access to the platform to a set of users;
define a first subset of users of the set of users as users having a first user role, the users having a first user role being registered with the platform;
track activities of the users having the first user role, the activities comprising performance of tasks promoting the performance event;
attribute the activities of the users having the first user role to respective users having the first user role, comprising:
collecting validation information associated with the respective users having the first user role; and
matching the collected validation information in respective data records with the respective users having the first user role;
credit rewards to the respective users having the first user role based on a rewards program and the matched validation data records,
wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
create data records defining a first level of access to the platform to users validated as users having the first user role and credited with rewards; and
create second data records defining a second level of access to the platform to users other than users validated as the users having the first user role and credited with rewards; and
manage, based on the first level of access and the second level of access, access via the graphical user interface to functions of the platform.
2 . The event management system of claim 1 , wherein:
the set of users as users having the first user role comprise fans registered for participation in a contest on the platform, the contest associated with the performance event.

the set of users as users having the first user role comprise ambassadors registered with an ambassador program on the platform.
4 . The event management system of claim 3 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
register ambassadors to the ambassador program, comprising:
requesting validation information from respective ambassadors; and
associating submitted validation information in respective data records with respective ambassadors.
5 . The event management system of claim 4 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to manage distribution of, from respective ambassadors to respective users, tickets for the performance event, comprising:
generating the tickets for the performance event; transferring the tickets for the performance event from an event organizer to the respective ambassadors; and prompting transfers of the tickets for the performance event from the respective ambassadors to the respective users.
6 . The event management system of claim 3 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured:
enabling, on the platform, functions for the ambassadors to provide, to users of the set of users, reminders associated with the performance event.
7 . The event management system of claim 6 , wherein:
the reminders associated with the performance event include a unique affiliate tracking link associated with a respective ambassador; and the at least one processor is further configured attribute activities to the respective ambassador using the unique affiliate tracking link.
8 . The event management system of claim 3 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
manage a sponsor and/or brand manager interface on the platform; connect respective ambassadors to respective sponsors and/or brand managers; and based on the connections between respective ambassadors to respective sponsors and/or brand managers, provide the respective ambassadors with tasks promoting performance events managed by the respective sponsors and/or brand managers.
9 . The event management system of claim 1 , wherein defining the first level of access to the platform to users validated as users having the first user role and credited with rewards comprises:
defining a preferential level of access to tickets or merchandise for the performance event for users validated as users having the first user role and credited with rewards.
10 . A computer implemented method for event management, the method comprising:
hosting a platform associated with a performance event; providing, via a graphical user interface, access to the platform to a set of users; defining a first subset of users of the set of users as users having a first user role, the users having a first user role being registered with the platform; tracking activities of the users having the first user role, the activities comprising performance of tasks promoting the performance event; attributing the activities of the users having the first user role to respective users having the first user role, comprising:
collecting validation information associated with the respective users having the first user role; and
matching the collected validation information in respective data records with the respective users having the first user role;
crediting rewards to the respective users having the first user role based on a rewards program and the matched validation data records, wherein the method further comprises:
creating data records defining a first level of access to the platform to users validated as users having the first user role and credited with rewards; and
creating second data records defining a second level of access to the platform to users other than users validated as the users having the first user role and credited with rewards; and
managing, based on the first level of access and the second level of access, access via the graphical user interface to functions of the platform.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein:
the set of users as users having the first user role comprise fans registered for participation in a contest on the platform, the contest associated with the performance event.
12 . The method of claim 10 , wherein:
the set of users as users having the first user role comprise ambassadors registered with an ambassador program on the platform.
13 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising:
registering ambassadors to the ambassador program, comprising:
requesting validation information from respective ambassadors; and
associating submitted validation information in respective data records with respective ambassadors.
14 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising:
managing a sponsor and/or brand manager interface on the platform; connecting respective ambassadors to respective sponsors and/or brand managers; and based on the connections between respective ambassadors to respective sponsors and/or brand managers, providing the respective ambassadors with tasks promoting performance events managed by the respective sponsors and/or brand managers.
