Abstract

An air conditioning unit drain pan device for accumulating liquid from an air conditioning unit includes a pan having a peripheral surface and a hidden surface. The pan has a pair of lateral edges and a pair of perpendicular edges. The pan is positioned underneath a heating ventilation and air conditioning unit. A pair of lateral walls and a pair of perpendicular walls defines a reservoir of the pan for accumulating leaking water from the heating ventilation and air conditioning unit. A drain is positioned on a first lateral wall of the pair of lateral walls. The drain expels the leaking water accumulated within the reservoir of the pan. An elevation is positioned in a center of the peripheral surface of the pan and protrudes out from therefrom. The elevation has a top surface and a plurality of sides.

I claim:

1 . A drain reservoir device configured for collecting leaking water from a heating ventilation and air conditioning unit, the drain reservoir device comprising:
a pan having a peripheral surface and a hidden surface, said pan having a pair of lateral edges, said pan having a pair of perpendicular edges, said pan being configured for being positioned underneath a heating ventilation and air conditioning unit; a pair of lateral walls being positioned on a respective one of said pair of lateral edges; a pair of perpendicular walls being positioned on a respective one of said pair of perpendicular edges, said pair of lateral walls and said pair of perpendicular walls defining a reservoir, said reservoir being configured for accumulating leaking water from the heating ventilation and air conditioning unit; a drain being positioned on a first lateral wall of said pair of lateral walls, said drain being configured for expelling the leaking water accumulated within said reservoir of said pan; and an elevation being positioned in a center of said peripheral surface of said pan, said elevation protruding out from said peripheral surface of said pan, said elevation having a top surface and a plurality of sides.

2 . The drain reservoir device of claim 1 , further comprising said pan having a rectangular shape.

3 . The drain reservoir device of claim 2 , further comprising said pair of lateral edges being positioned perpendicular relative to said pair of perpendicular edges.

4 . The drain reservoir device of claim 1 , further comprising said pair of lateral walls protruding outward relative to said peripheral surface of said pan.

5 . The drain reservoir device of claim 4 , further comprising said pair of perpendicular walls protruding outward relative to said peripheral surface of said pan.

6 . The drain reservoir device of claim 4 , further comprising a plurality of mounts being positioned on said pair of lateral walls of said pan, each of said mounts positioned on an exterior surface of each of said lateral walls, each of said mounts being positioned perpendicular relative to each of said lateral walls.

7 . The drain reservoir device of claim 6 , further comprising each of said mounts having a hole, said hole of each of said mounts being configured for lodging a bolt within, said plurality of mounts being configured for securing to the heating ventilation and air conditioning unit.

8 . The drain reservoir device of claim 1 , further comprising said drain being a circular aperture.

9 . The drain reservoir device of claim 1 , further comprising said drain being configured for coupling to a conduit for removal of said leaking water.

10 . The drain reservoir device of claim 1 , further comprising each of said sides being positioned at an angle relative to said top surface, each of said sides being configured for flowing the leaking water into said reservoir.

11 . The drain reservoir device of claim 10 , further comprising said top surface of said elevation being configured for sealing a surface of the heating ventilation and air conditioning unit.

12 . A drain reservoir device configured for collecting leaking water from a heating ventilation and air conditioning unit, the drain reservoir device comprising:
a pan having a peripheral surface and a hidden surface, said pan having a rectangular shape, said pan having a pair of lateral edges, said pan having a pair of perpendicular edges, said pair of lateral edges being positioned perpendicular relative to said pair of perpendicular edges, said pan being configured for being positioned underneath a heating ventilation and air conditioning unit; a pair of lateral walls being positioned on a respective one of said pair of lateral edges, said pair of lateral walls protruding outward relative to said peripheral surface of said pan; a pair of perpendicular walls being positioned on a respective one of said pair of perpendicular edges, said pair of perpendicular walls protruding outward relative to said peripheral surface of said pan, said pair of lateral walls and said pair of perpendicular walls defining a reservoir, said reservoir being configured for accumulating leaking water from the heating ventilation and air conditioning unit; a plurality of mounts being positioned on said pair of lateral walls of said pan, each of said mounts positioned on an exterior surface of each of said lateral walls, each of said mounts being positioned perpendicular relative to each of said lateral walls, each of said mounts having a hole, said hole of each of said mounts being configured for lodging a bolt within, said plurality of mounts being configured for securing to the heating ventilation and air conditioning unit; a drain being positioned on a first lateral wall of said pair of lateral walls, said drain being a circular aperture, said drain being configured for expelling the leaking water accumulated within said reservoir of said pan, said drain being configured for coupling to a conduit for removal of said leaking water; and an elevation being positioned in a center of said peripheral surface of said pan, said elevation protruding out from said peripheral surface of said pan, said elevation having a top surface and a plurality of sides, each of said sides being positioned at an angle relative to said top surface, each of said sides being configured for flowing the leaking water into said reservoir, said top surface of said elevation being configured for sealing a surface of the heating ventilation and air conditioning unit.
