Safety Garment And Mask Assembly

Abstract

A safety garment and mask assembly for emitting and reflecting light includes a shirt having a front side and a back side. A plurality of pockets is positioned on the shirt. Each reflective strip of a plurality of reflective strips has a reflective material. The plurality of reflective strips is positioned on the front side and the back side of the shirt. A mask is positioned on a head hole of the shirt. The mask is a gaiter style mask and is configured for pulling upward towards the face of the user. Each light of a plurality of lights is a light emitting diode. The plurality of lights is positioned on the front side and the back side of the shirt.

1 . A reflective garment and mask assembly configured to reflect and emit light while providing proper face covering, the assembly comprises:
 a shirt having a front side and a back side, the shirt having a pair of sleeves, the shirt having a head hole;   a plurality of pockets being positioned on the shirt;   each reflective strip of a plurality of reflective strips having a reflective material, the plurality of reflective strips being positioned on the front side and the back side;   a mask, the mask being configured to completely wrap around a neck and a face of a wearer, the mask being positioned on the head hole of the shirt, the mask being configured for pulling upward towards the face of the user; and   each light of a plurality of lights being a light emitting diode, the plurality of lights being positioned on the front side and the back side of the shirt, the plurality of lights being positioned on the pair of sleeves; and   wherein the mask fastens to the head hole of the shirt by a zipper.   
     
     
         2 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising the front side being configured for being worn on the front of the user. 
     
     
         3 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising each of the sleeves being positioned on a respective one of a left side and a right side, each of the sleeves protruding out from the shirt. 
     
     
         4 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising the head hole being an aperture, the head hole being configured for being enwrapped the neck of the user. 
     
     
         5 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising each of the pockets defining a space to store a variety of items. 
     
     
         6 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 5 , further comprising each of the pockets having an opening, the opening of each of the pockets having a zipper, the zipper being configured for enclosing and opening each of the pockets. 
     
     
         7 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising the reflective material being configured for reflecting light whereby illuminating the shirt. 
     
     
         8 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising the plurality of reflective strips being positioned on the pair of sleeves.

         10 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising the mask having a filter material, the filter material being an air filter. 
     
     
         11 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 10 , further comprising the mask having a flap, the flap having a hook and loop fastener, the flap being configured for being positioned on the mouth of the user.

The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising the plurality of lights being configured for emitting light in a lightless environment, the plurality of lights being in electric communication with a battery, the battery being a disposable battery. 
     
     
         14 . The reflective garment and mask assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising the plurality of lights being removable. 
     
     
         15 . A reflective garment and mask assembly configured to reflect and emit light while providing proper face covering, the assembly comprises:
 a shirt having a front side and a back side, the front side being configured for being worn on the front of the user, the shirt having a pair of sleeves, each of the sleeves being positioned on a respective one of a left side and a right side, each of the sleeves protruding out from the shirt, the shirt having a head hole, the head hole being an aperture, the head hole being configured for being enwrapped the neck of the user;   a plurality of pockets being positioned on the shirt, each of the pockets defining a space to store a variety of items, each of the pockets having an opening, the opening of each of the pockets having a zipper, the zipper being configured for enclosing and opening each of the pockets;   each reflective strip of a plurality of reflective strips having a reflective material, the reflective material being configured for reflecting light whereby illuminating the shirt, the plurality of reflective strips being positioned on the front side and the back side, the plurality of reflective strips being positioned on the pair of sleeves;   a mask, the mask being configured to completely wrap around a neck and a face of a wearer, the mask being positioned on the head hole of the shirt, wherein the mask fastens to the head hole of the shirt by a zipper, the mask being configured for pulling upward towards the face of the user, the mask having a filter material, the filter material being an air filter, the mask having a flap, the flap having a hook and loop fastener, the flap being configured for being positioned on the mouth of the user; and   each light of a plurality of lights being a light emitting diode, the plurality of lights being positioned on the front side and the back side of the shirt, the plurality of lights being positioned on the pair of sleeves, the plurality of lights being configured for emitting light in a lightless environment, the plurality of lights being in electric communication with a battery, the battery being a disposable battery, the plurality of lights being removable.
