Abstract

A rolling device having a conical configuration matched to receive a “cone” shaped rolling paper is provided. The top of the rolling device includes a flared or funnel like opening configured to receive the rolling material. The body of the rolling device is conical in shape and when the cone shaped rolling paper is inserted in the same, there are no spaces or gaps between the side walls of the body and the cone rolling paper. Rolling material is then inserted through the top end of the rolling device, and in some instances can be compacted using a separate rod or the like. Once filled, the bottom of the rolling device is removed, and the filled cone rolling paper is removed through the bottom.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A rolling device comprising:
 a conical body having a lower end and an upper end, the lower end being narrower than the upper end so as to create a conical interior configured to receive a cone rolling paper; a first cap hingedly connected to the upper end and configured to selectively close the upper end; and a second cap releasably connected to the lower end.

         2 . The rolling device of claim 1 , wherein said upper end includes a portion that is flared outwardly and which acts as a funnel when filling a cone rolling paper already inserted into the conical body.

         3 . The rolling device of claim 1 , wherein the second cap is removed from the lower end after the cone rolling paper has been filled with a smoking material.

         4 . A method of using the rolling device of claim 1 comprising:
 opening the first cap and inserting a cone rolling paper into the device from the upper end, wherein the second cap is positioned on the lower end closing the same;
 filling the cone rolling paper with smoking material; and
 removing the second cap and pulling the filled cone rolling paper through the lower end.

         5 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising tamping or compressing the rolling material into the cone rolling paper after the filling and before the removing.
