System and method for generating a contention scheme
Abstract
An apparatus for generating a contention scheme, the apparatus includes at least a processor and a memory containing instructions configuring the at least a process to obtain a user identifier from a user, wherein the user identifier includes at least one distinctive signature describing a solvency of the user, assign a solvency category to the user identifier based on the distinctive signature, determine a null element as a function of the solvency category, wherein determining the null element includes comparing the solvency category against at least one regulation element of a plurality of regulation elements and determine the null element as a function of the comparison, generate a weighted vector as a function of the null element, generate a contention scheme configured to resolve the null element as a function of the weighted vector, and present the contention scheme to the user using a graphical user interface (GUI).

10 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein generating the contention scheme comprises producing a resolution document based on the contention scheme.
11 . A method for generating a contention scheme, the method comprising:
obtaining, using at least a processor, a user identifier from a user, wherein the user identifier comprises at least one distinctive signature describing a solvency of the user; assigning, using the at least a processor, a solvency category to the user identifier based on the distinctive signature; determining, using the at least a processor, a null element as a function of the solvency category, wherein determining the null element comprises:
comparing the solvency category against at least one regulation element of a plurality of regulation elements; and
determining the null element as a function of the comparison;
generating, using the at least a processor, a weighted vector as a function of the null element; generating, using the at least a processor, a contention scheme configured to resolve the null element as a function of the weighted vector; and presenting, using the at least a processor, the contention scheme to the user using a graphical user interface (GUI).
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the at least one distinctive signature comprises a biometric signature.
