Abstract

An information output device includes: a first output unit that outputs acquired information acquired by a sensor; and a second output unit that converts personal information included in the acquired information into attribute information from which identification of an individual is impossible, and outputs the attribute information.

1 . An information output device comprising:
 at least one memory configured to store instructions; and   at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to:   acquire audio data from a microphone;   extract attribute information of a person from the acquired audio data;   perform conversion processing to the acquired audio data such that the person cannot be identified; and   output the attribute information and the acquired audio data to which the conversion processing is performed.   
     
     
         2 . The information output device according to  claim 1 , wherein the attribute information represents at least any one of an age group and gender. 
     
     
         3 . The information output device according to  claim 1 , wherein the conversion processing includes at least any one of band compression and noise addition. 
     
     
         4 . The information output device according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
 convert the acquired audio data to text data; and   output the text data.   
     
     
         5 . The information output device according to  claim 1 , wherein the output acquired audio data is used for marketing analysis. 
     
     
         6 . The information output device according to  claim 5 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to perform the marketing analysis. 
     
     
         7 . The information output device according to  claim 6 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
 acquire the audio data from the microphone which a store clerk wears; and   analyze a conversation between the store clerk and the person in the audio data.   
     
     
         8 . The information output device according to  claim 7 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to analyze a type of a product for which the person searches and a complaint from the person. 
     
     
         9 . The information output device according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
 acquire the audio data which is encrypted from the microphone; and   decrypt the acquired audio data.   
     
     
         10 . An information output method comprising:
 acquiring audio data from a microphone;   extracting attribute information of a person from the acquired audio data;   performing conversion processing to the acquired audio data such that the person cannot be identified; and   outputting the attribute information and the acquired audio data to which the conversion processing is performed.   
     
     
         11 . A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute:
 acquiring audio data from a microphone;   extracting attribute information of a person from the acquired audio data;   performing conversion processing to the acquired audio data such that the person cannot be identified; and   outputting the attribute information and the acquired audio data to which the conversion processing is performed.
