Abstract

The present invention describes a method for producing a set-type yogurt snack, said method comprising allowing said yogurt snack to set in a mold or block and wherein said yogurt snack comprises at least 12% (w/w) protein and at least 35% (w/w) total solids.

         2 . A set-type yogurt snack according to  claim 1 , further comprising at most 9% (w/w) fat and at most 12% (w/w) sugar. 
     
     
         3 . A yogurt snack according to any one of  claims 2 , further comprising (i) a layer of chocolate, or (ii) a cereal layer, or (iii) biscuits or (iv) a cake bottom.
