Trousers with a retractable waistband

Abstract

The present invention discloses trousers with a retractable waistband. With a width gap of a pocket opening, a part of an outer waist sheet at the pocket opening on a waistband is sewn with an elastic waist strap. The elastic waist strap is sewn above the inner waist pocket cloth. An elastic waist strap of an inner waist sheet and an elastic waist strap of an outer waist sheet are arranged in a left-right dislocation. Therefore, the waistband can be automatically stretched and retracted. Compared with traditional trousers in the prior art, stretching of the waistband can reach about 10 cm. The waistbands of the trousers of different sizes are only about 5-8 cm different. A spacing between an edge of an inserting opening of a pocket and an outer side seam of the trousers only is changed with different waistlines.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . Trousers with a retractable waistband, comprising the trousers, the trousers have a waistband and two trouser legs, the waistband and the two trouser legs are sewn together, each trouser leg has a front trouser sheet and a rear trouser sheet, an upper inner side of the front trouser sheet is provided with pocket cloth, an upper side edge of the pocket cloth is sewn together with the waistband, the front trouser sheet and the pocket cloth are formed with a pocket with an inserting opening, the waistband is a non-elastic waistband, the waistband has an inner waist sheet and an outer waist sheet, the inner waist sheet and the outer waist sheet are attached and sewn together, wherein the foregoing outer waist sheet is located at two pockets and opened and provided with an outer fracture, respectively, in addition, the fracture is located at the inserting opening of the pocket, the foregoing outer waist sheet is located at the outer fracture, and fixedly sewn with an outer elastic waist strap that closes the outer fracture, the foregoing inner waist sheet is provided with an inner fracture, the foregoing inner fracture and the outer fracture are arranged in a left-right dislocation, the foregoing inner waist sheet is fixedly sewn with an inner elastic waist strap that closes the inner fracture, an upper edge of the foregoing pocket cloth and the inner waist sheet are fixedly sewn together with a part of the inner waist sheet at the inserting opening and a lower edge of the inner elastic waist strap, and a part of the foregoing front trouser sheet at the inner elastic waist strap is sewn with the outer waist sheet. 
     
     
         2 . The trousers with a retractable waistband according to  claim 1 , wherein both the foregoing outer elastic waist strap and the inner elastic waist strap are elastic bands. 
     
     
         3 . The trousers with a retractable waistband according to  claim 1 , wherein the foregoing outer elastic waist strap has a length shorter than that of the inner elastic waist strap.

The trousers with a retractable waistband according to  claim 3 , wherein a first end of the foregoing outer elastic waist strap is located above a suture of the front trouser sheet and the rear trouser sheet, the first end of the outer elastic waist strap is sewn together with the outer waist sheet and the inner waist sheet, a second end of the foregoing elastic waist strap is sewn together with the outer waist sheet, a first end of the foregoing inner elastic waist strap is sewn together with the inner waist sheet, a second end of the foregoing inner elastic waist strap is sewn together with the inner waist sheet and the outer waist sheet.

The trousers with a retractable waistband according to  claim 4 , wherein the foregoing outer waist sheet and the inner waist sheet are double-layer waist sheets formed by stitching an inner cloth strip and an outer cloth strip, two ends of the foregoing outer waist sheet at the outer fracture are provided with an outer non-sewn opening, the two ends of the foregoing outer elastic waist strap are extended into a space between the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the outer waist sheet via the two outer non-sewn openings, respectively, and are sewn together with the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip.
 Parts of the foregoing inner waist sheet at two ends of the inner fracture are both provided with an inner non-sewn opening. The two ends of the foregoing inner elastic waist strap are extended into a space between the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the inner waist sheet via the two inner non-sewn openings, respectively, and are sewn together with the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip.   
     
     
         6 . The trousers with a retractable waistband according to  claim 4 , wherein the foregoing inner waist sheet from a sewn part of the inner waist sheet and the outer elastic waist strap to the inner elastic waist strap has a length longer than that of the foregoing outer elastic waist strap.
