Terminal and communication method

Abstract

Provided is a terminal having: a receiving unit configured to receive control information including an indication of switching a search space set group, from a base station; and a controlling unit configured to switch the search space set group, based on the indication, wherein the controlling unit does not restart DRX (discontinuous reception) inactivity timer in response to receiving the control information from the base station.

1 . A terminal comprising:
 a receiving unit configured to receive control information including an indication of switching a search space set group, from a base station; and   a controlling unit configured to switch the search space set group, based on the indication,   wherein the controlling unit does not restart a DRX (discontinuous reception) inactivity timer in response to receiving the control information from the base station.   
     
     
         2 . The terminal according to  claim 1 , wherein the controlling unit does not restart the DRX inactivity timer in a case where the control information is not accompanied by data scheduling. 
     
     
         3 . The terminal according to  claim 1 , wherein a format of the control information is capable of data scheduling. 
     
     
         4 . The terminal according to  claim 3 , wherein the control information does not actually perform data scheduling. 
     
     
         5 . The terminal according to  claim 1 , wherein the controlling unit uses a default search space set group in a BWP (Bandwidth part) in which a search space set group is not configured. 
     
     
         6 . A communication method performed by a terminal, the communication method comprising:
 receiving control information including an indication of switching a search space set group, from a base station;   switching the search space set group, based on the indication; and   not restarting a DRX (discontinuous reception) inactivity timer in response to receiving the control information from the base station.
