Systems and methods for predictive scoring

Abstract

An apparatus for predictive scoring, the apparatus comprising a processor and a display device. The processor is configured to receive a posting query, generate a past posting datum, determine predictive metrics as a function of the posting query, and provide a score related to an expected value of a posting. The display device is configured to display a predictive score to the originator.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An apparatus for predictive scoring, the apparatus comprising:
 at least a processor; and   a memory communicatively connected to the at least a processor, the memory containing instructions configuring the at least a processor to:
 receive a first posting query relating to a first posting and a second posting query relating to a second posting from an originator; 
 identify a first related past posting of the first posting and a second related past posting of the second posting, wherein identification of the first related past posting and the second related past posting comprises:
 training a classifier using training data and a machine learning algorithm, wherein the training data correlates posting queries to related past postings; 
 outputting the first related past posting using the trained machine learning model, wherein the first posting queries are provided to the trained machine learning model as an input to output the first related past posting; and 
 outputting the second related past posting using the trained machine learning model, wherein the first posting queries are provided to the trained machine learning model as an input to output the second related past posting; 
 
 generate a first past posting datum as a function of the first related past posting and a second past posting datum as a function of the second related past posting; 
 determine first predictive metrics as a function of the first past posting datum and second predictive metrics as a function of the second past posting datum; 
 generate a first score related to the first posting as a function of the first predictive metrics and a second score related to the second posting as a function of the second predictive metrics; and 
 display the first score and the second score to the originator. 
   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the first past posting datum comprises a number of views. 
     
     
         3 . The apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the memory contains the instructions further configuring the at least a processor to determine a unique view of the number of views of the first past posting datum using device fingerprinting. 
     
     
         4 . The apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the memory contains the instructions further configuring the at least a processor to determine a unique view of the number of views of the first post posting datum using user identifying information. 
     
     
         5 . The apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the memory contains the instructions further configuring the at least a processor to determine a unique view of the number of views of the first post posting datum using a cryptographic accumulator. 
     
     
         6 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the first related past posting comprises a job position posted by a connected employer. 
     
     
         7 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein identifying the first related past posting and the second related past posting further comprises comparing job titles of the first posting and the second posting to related past postings. 
     
     
         8 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the first predictive metric comprises a number of views of the first related past posting. 
     
     
         9 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the first predictive metric comprises a number of applications of the first related past posting. 
     
     
         10 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein generating the first score and the second score comprises:
 training a machine learning model using training data and a machine learning algorithm, wherein the training data correlates previous posting metrics to scores;   outputting the first score using the trained machine learning model, wherein the first predictive metrics are provided to the trained machine learning model as an input to output the first score; and   outputting the second score using the trained machine learning model, wherein the second predictive metrics are provided to the trained machine learning model as an input to output the second score.   
     
     
         11 . A method for predictive scoring, the method comprising:
 receiving, using at least a processor, a first posting query relating to a first posting and a second posting query relating to a second posting from an originator;   identifying, using the at least a processor, a first related past posting of the first posting and a second related past posting of the second posting, wherein identification of the first related past posting and the second related past posting comprises:
 training a classifier using training data and a machine learning algorithm, wherein the training data correlates posting queries to related past postings; 
 outputting the first related past posting using the trained machine learning model, wherein the first posting queries are provided to the trained machine learning model as an input to output the first related past posting; and 
 outputting the second related past posting using the trained machine learning model, wherein the first posting queries are provided to the trained machine learning model as an input to output the second related past posting; 
   generating, using the at least a processor, a first past posting datum as a function of the first related past posting and a second past posting datum as a function of the second related past posting;   determining, using the at least a processor, first predictive metrics as a function of the first past posting datum and second predictive metrics as a function of the second past posting datum;   generating, using the at least a processor, a first score related to the first posting as a function of the first predictive metrics and a second score related to the second posting as a function of the second predictive metrics; and   displaying, using the at least a processor, the first score and the second score to the originator.   
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the first past posting datum comprises a number of views. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 12 , further comprising:
 determining, using the at least a processor, a unique view of the number of views of the first past posting datum using device fingerprinting.   
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 12 , further comprising:
 determining, using the at least a processor, a unique view of the number of views of the first post posting datum using user identifying information.   
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 12 , further comprising:
 determining, using the at least a processor, a unique view of the number of views of the first post posting datum using a cryptographic accumulator.   
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the first related past posting comprises a job position posted by a connected employer. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 comparing, using the at least a processor, job titles of the first posting and the second posting to related past postings to identify the first related past posting and the second related past posting.   
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the first predictive metric comprises a number of views of the first related past posting. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the first predictive metric comprises a number of applications of the first related past posting. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein generating the first score and the second score comprises:
 training, using the at least a processor, a machine learning model using training data and a machine learning algorithm, wherein the training data correlates previous posting metrics to scores;   outputting, using the at least a processor, the first score using the trained machine learning model, wherein the first predictive metrics are provided to the trained machine learning model as an input to output the first score; and   outputting, using the at least a processor, the second score using the trained machine learning model, wherein the second predictive metrics are provided to the trained machine learning model as an input to output the second score.
