The rotating handle assembly includes an attachment plate secured to an exterior surface of the vessel body. The attachment plate includes a rotation post extending out from a handle engaging surface of the attachment plate, a first plurality of positioning detents positioned in the handle engaging surface of the attachment plate, and a second plurality of positioning detents positioned in the handle engaging surface of the attachment plate. A handle member is rotatably secured to the rotation post and includes a vessel engaging surface positioned adjacent the handle engaging surface of the attachment plate and a plurality of engaging mechanisms disposed adjacent the handle engaging surface. The handle member is configured to be rotated with respect to the vessel body to a first position in which the plurality of engaging mechanisms of the handle member engage the first plurality of positioning detents of the attachment plate and a second position in which the plurality of engaging mechanisms engage the second plurality of positioning detents.
