Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions and methods for cancer therapy, including but not limited to, therapies that utilize cancer biomarkers. In particular, the present invention relates to compositions and methods for the prediction of a subject's response to cancer therapies.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 50 . (canceled)
. A kit comprising a reagent for detection of an expression level of Ras associated binding (RAB) protein 5 (RAB5).
. The kit of claim 51 , wherein the reagent for detection is a reagent for measuring the level of RAB5 protein in cancer cells.
. The kit of claim 51 wherein the RAB5 is selected from the group consisting of RAB5A, RAB5B and RAB5C.
. The kit of claim 51 wherein the RAB5 is RAB5A.
. The kit of claim 51 , wherein the reagent is selected from the group consisting of probes, amplification oligonucleotides and antibodies.
. The kit of claim 51 , wherein the reagent for detection of an expression level of RAB5 is an antibody.
. The kit of claim 56 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody.
. The kit of claim 51 , wherein the reagent for detection is a reagent for measuring the level of RAB5 protein in cancer cells.
. The kit of claim 51 , wherein the kit is for the detection of the expression level of RAB5 by an immunoassay.
. The kit of claim 59 , wherein the immunoassay is immunohistochemistry.
. The kit of claim 51 , further comprising one or more visualization regents; detection reagents and/or appropriate controls.
. The kit of claim 51 , further comprising a reagent for detection of the protein expression level of at least one cell surface marker.
. The kit of claim 62 , wherein the cell surface marker is selected from the group consisting of human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER)1, HER2, HER3, cluster of differentiation (CD)3ε, CD19, CD22, CD25, CD30, CD33, CD56, CEA (CD66e), CD74, CD79a, CD138, sodium-dependent phosphate transport protein 2b (NaPi2b), glycoprotein nonmetastatic melanoma protein B (gpNMB), trophoblast cell-surface antigen (TROP)-2, guanylate cyclase 2C (GUCY2C), Nectin-4, six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of prostate 1 (STEAP1), folate receptor α (FRα), interleukin (IL)-2R, epithelial cellular adhesion molecule (EpCAM), and mesothelin (MSLN).
. The kit of claim 63 , wherein the cell surface marker is HER1.
. The kit of claim 63 , wherein the cell surface marker is HER2.
. The kit of claim 51 , further comprising a reagent for detection of a marker selected from RAB4, RAB11 and/or heat shock protein (HSP)90.
. The kit of claim 51 , further comprising a computer-based analysis program for translating raw data generated by the use of the reagent for detection into data of predictive value for a clinician.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
