Tissue repair

Abstract

An apparatus includes a flexible fixation member having a body with a longitudinal extent and a width, the body defining a plurality of openings through the body, each of the plurality of openings formed substantially cross wise through the width of the body, and a suture having two terminal ends, the suture being interwoven through each of the plurality of openings in the body of the fixation member such that multiple portions of the fixation member are slidably coupled to the suture and configurable to form a cluster within a surgical site.

         2 . An anchor construct, comprising:
 an all-suture anchor;   a first suture having two end portions, the first suture slidably received by the all-suture anchor such that the all-suture anchor can bunch up relative to the first suture; and   a second suture having two end portions, the second suture slidably received by the all-suture anchor such that only three out of the four suture end portions of the first and second sutures extend in the same direction from the all-suture anchor for operator use.   
     
     
         3 . The anchor construct of  claim 2  wherein the first suture extends through an opening in the all-suture anchor. 
     
     
         4 . The anchor construct of  claim 3  wherein the first suture enters and exits the all-suture anchor through a plurality of openings in the all-suture anchor 
     
     
         5 . The anchor construct of  claim 2  wherein the second suture weaves through the all-suture anchor. 
     
     
         6 . The anchor construct of  claim 2  wherein the first suture enters and exits the all-suture anchor through a plurality of openings in the all-suture anchor, and the second suture weaves through the all-suture anchor. 
     
     
         7 . The anchor construct of  claim 2  wherein the fourth suture end portion extends in an opposite direction from the all-suture anchor than the other three end portions.
