Abstract
A temperature controlled seating assembly allowing athletes to rest in a temperature controlled environment includes an enclosure having a seating unit positioned therein. The seating unit can seat multiple users. A heating and cooling unit is engaged to the enclosure and controls a temperature within the enclosure, thus allowing the users, such as athletes, to rest in a temperature controlled environment.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A temperature controlled seating assembly comprising:
an enclosure, wherein the enclosure comprises a frame having a plurality of panels engaged thereto defining an interior space, the frame being substantially rectangularly box shaped, wherein the panels are substantially transparent; a seating unit positioned in the enclosure wherein the seating unit is configured for seating multiple users; a heating and cooling unit engaged to the enclosure wherein the heating and cooling unit is configured for controlling a temperature within the enclosure; and a plurality of wheels engaged to the frame and projecting from a bottom of the enclosure, each of the wheels being a caster wheel wherein the plurality of wheels is configured for facilitating moving of the enclosure by pushing on the enclosure.
2 . (canceled)
3 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of panels comprises a roof panel, the roof panel being pitched toward a back of the enclosure wherein the roof panel is configured for shedding water.
4 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 1 , further including:
the enclosure having an opening positioned in a front thereof wherein the opening is configured for entry to and exit from the enclosure; and a door engaged to the frame and being configured for selectively closing the opening.
5 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 4 , wherein the door is substantially transparent.
6 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 1 , wherein the seating unit comprises a bench coupled to the frame and extending from a back of the enclosure.
7 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 6 , wherein the bench extends from proximate to opposed ends of the enclosure.
8 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 3 , wherein the heating and cooling unit is engaged to the frame proximate to the roof panel.
9 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 1 , further including a floor covering engaged to a bottom the enclosure and positioned in the interior space.
10 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 9 , wherein the floor covering comprises a surface of synthetic fibers made to resemble natural grass.
11 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 1 , further including a plurality of hooks engaged to the frame and positioned within the interior space, wherein the hooks are configured for hanging articles.
12 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 1 , further including a mounting device engaged to the frame and positioned within the interior space, wherein the mounting device is configured to mount at least one of a monitor and a television.
13 . (canceled)
14 . The temperature controlled seating assembly of claim 3 , wherein the frame has a plurality of holes positioned therein proximate to the roof panel and the back of the enclosure, wherein the holes are configured for draining water from the roof panel.
15 . A temperature controlled seating assembly comprising:
an enclosure, the enclosure comprising a frame having a plurality of panels engaged thereto defining an interior space, the frame being substantially rectangularly box shaped, the panels being substantially transparent, the plurality of panels comprising a roof panel, the roof panel being pitched toward a back of the enclosure wherein the roof panel is configured for shedding water, the frame having a plurality of holes positioned therein proximate to the roof panel and the back of the enclosure, wherein the holes are configured for draining water from the roof panel, the enclosure having an opening positioned in a front thereof wherein the opening is configured for entry to and exit from the enclosure; a door engaged to the frame and being configured for selectively closing the opening, the door being substantially transparent; a seating unit positioned in the enclosure wherein the seating unit is configured for seating multiple users, the seating unit comprising a bench coupled to the frame and extending from the back of the enclosure, the bench extending from proximate to opposed ends of the enclosure; a heating and cooling unit engaged to the enclosure wherein the heating and cooling unit is configured for controlling a temperature within the enclosure, the heating and cooling unit being engaged to the frame proximate to the roof panel; a floor covering engaged to a bottom the enclosure and positioned in the interior space, the floor covering comprising a surface of synthetic, fibers made to resemble natural grass: a plurality of hooks engaged to the frame and positioned within the interior space, wherein the hooks are configured for hanging articles; a mounting device engaged to the frame and positioned within the interior space, wherein the mounting device is configured to mount at least one of a monitor and a television; and a plurality of wheels engaged to the frame and projecting from the bottom of the enclosure, each of the wheels being a caster wheel wherein the plurality of wheels is configured for facilitating moving of the enclosure by pushing on the enclosure.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
