Benzonorbornadiene derivatives and reactions thereof
Abstract
A bioorthogonal molecule can include a molecule having a structure according to: wherein R 1 —R 8 are independently selected from H, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 4 alkyl or alkylene group, COOH, COOR 9 , COR 9 , CONR 9 R 10 , CN, CF 3 , and SO 2 R 9 , and where R 9 and R 10 are independently selected from H and a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 4 alkyl or alkylene group, with the proviso that one of R 3 —R 8 comprises a leaving group, and wherein X is O, S, N, SO, SO 2 , SR + , Se, PO 2 - , or NRR′ + , and where Rand R′ are independently selected from H or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 4 alkyl or alkylene group.

1 . A bioorthogonal molecule, comprising:
a molecule having a structure according to:
wherein R 1 —R 8 are independently selected from H, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 4 alkyl or alkylene group, COOH, COOR 9 , COR 9 , CONR 9 R 10 , CN, CF 3 , and SO 2 R 9 , where R 9 and R 10 are independently selected from H and a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 4 alkyl or alkylene group, with the proviso that one of R 3 —R 8 comprises a leaving group, and
wherein X is O, S, N, SO, SO 2 , SR + , Se, PO 2 - , or NRR′ + , and where R and R′ are independently selected from H or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 4 alkyl or alkylene group.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
