Tabletop assembly, lifting frame assembly and height adjustable table
Abstract
A tabletop assembly, a lifting frame assembly and a height adjustable table are disclosed. The assembling operation of the height adjustable table is simplified by using a supporting part rotatably connected to a table board support and a first terminal block and a second terminal block which are arranged in pairs. During transportation, the height adjustable table may be disassembled into a tabletop assembly and a lifting frame assembly to be packaged and transported, respectively, thus reducing the size of the package. Meanwhile, the lifting frame assembly may be folded, the second terminal block on the lifting frame assembly in a folded state forms an approximate fan-shaped region with the table board support, so that the second terminal block may be protected during transportation. After receiving the goods, the consumer may assemble the tabletop assembly and the lifting frame assembly through a simple process.

1 . A tabletop assembly, wherein the tabletop assembly is used for a height adjustable table, and the tabletop assembly comprises:
a tabletop ( 6 ); a control box ( 32 ) fixedly connected to the tabletop ( 6 ); and at least one first terminal block ( 1 ) fixedly arranged at a back face of the tabletop ( 6 ) and electrically connected to the control box ( 32 ); wherein a position of the at least one first terminal block ( 1 ) is configured to when enable the tabletop assembly to be assembled with a corresponding lifting frame assembly, the first terminal block ( 1 ) corresponds to and is in paired connection with a second terminal block at the top or a side part of the lifting frame assembly.
2 . The tabletop assembly of claim 1 , wherein the tabletop assembly further comprises:
a hand controller ( 31 ), the hand controller ( 31 ) being fixedly connected to the tabletop ( 6 ) and electrically connected to the control box ( 32 ).

The tabletop assembly of claim 2 , wherein the tabletop assembly further comprises a cable ( 7 ), a plurality of wiring ducts ( 61 ) for accommodating the cable ( 7 ) are formed in a bottom face of the tabletop ( 6 ), and the cables ( 7 ) are respectively connected between the first terminal block ( 1 ) and the control box ( 32 ) and between the control box ( 32 ) and the hand controller ( 31 ).

The tabletop assembly of claim 1 , wherein the number of at least one terminal block ( 2 ) is two, the first terminal block ( 1 ) is provided with a plurality of first electric connection contacts ( 11 ), corresponding wiring modes of the plurality of electric connection contacts ( 11 ) located at the two first terminal blocks ( 1 ) are configured to be circumferentially and symmetrically arranged along the center of tabletop ( 6 ), and the first electric connection contacts ( 11 ) are distributed on a plane parallel to the tabletop ( 6 ).
5 . The tabletop assembly of claim 1 , wherein the number of the at least one first terminal block ( 1 ) is two, and the first terminal block ( 1 ) is a pogo pin assembly or a contact set corresponding to a pin head of the pogo pin assembly.
6 . The tabletop assembly of claim 3 , wherein two grooves ( 62 ) are formed in the bottom face of the tabletop, the two grooves are respectively communicated with the wiring ducts ( 61 ) so as to accommodate end regions of the cable ( 7 );
the first terminal block ( 1 ) is a contact set; and the height adjustable table further comprises two wiring boards ( 63 ) corresponding to the two grooves ( 62 ), and the two wiring boards ( 63 ) are pressed against and covered onto the grooves ( 62 ); the contact set is located on one side, away from the tabletop ( 6 ), of the wiring board ( 63 ), and the cable ( 7 ) located in the groove ( 62 ) is electrically connected to the contact set through the other side of the wiring board ( 63 ).
7 . A lifting frame assembly, wherein the lifting frame assembly is used for a height adjustable table, and the lifting frame assembly comprises:
a tabletop support ( 52 ) for being connected to a tabletop ( 6 ) of the height adjustable table; at least two supporting parts ( 51 ), wherein a driving unit ( 4 ) is arranged in each of the supporting parts ( 51 ), and each of the supporting parts ( 51 ) comprises a second terminal block ( 2 ), the second terminal block ( 2 ) is provided with a plurality of second electric connection contacts ( 21 ), and the second electric connection contacts ( 21 ) are at least partially located outside of the supporting parts ( 51 ), and the second terminal block ( 2 ) is electrically connected to the driving unit ( 4 ); wherein the supporting parts ( 51 ) are movably connected to the tabletop support ( 52 ), when the supporting part ( 51 ) moves to an installation position with respect to the tabletop support ( 52 ), the second terminal block ( 2 ) moves to a connection position accordingly and is connected to a first terminal block ( 1 ) arranged on a tabletop assembly, and when the supporting parts ( 51 ) are located at a folding position with respect to the tabletop support ( 52 ), the supporting parts ( 51 ) are in a folded state with the tabletop support ( 52 ).
8 . The lifting frame assembly of claim 7 , wherein each of the supporting parts further comprises:
a driving box ( 512 ), wherein the driving unit ( 4 ) is arranged in the driving box ( 512 ), and the plurality of second electric connection contacts ( 21 ) are partially arranged outside of the driving box ( 512 ); and a table leg ( 511 ) fixedly connected to the bottom of the driving box ( 512 ).
9 . The lifting frame assembly of claim 8 , wherein the plurality of second electric connection contacts ( 21 ) are distributed on a top face of the driving box ( 512 ).

The lifting frame assembly of claim 9 , wherein a plurality of through holes ( 5121 ) are formed in a top wall of the driving box ( 512 ), the second terminal block ( 2 ) is arranged at an inner side of the top of the driving box ( 512 ), and the plurality of second electric connection contacts ( 21 ) extend out of the plurality of through holes ( 5121 ).
11 . The lifting frame assembly of claim 8 , wherein the driving box ( 512 ) is provided with a first end part ( 5122 ) and a second end part ( 5123 ) which are oppositely provided; the table legs ( 511 ) are connected to a bottom face of the first end part ( 5122 ), and the second end part ( 5123 ) is hinged to the tabletop support ( 52 ); and the second end part ( 5123 ) is provided with a fixing part ( 5124 ) for being fixedly connected to the tabletop support ( 52 ) when in an installation state.
12 . The lifting frame assembly of claim 7 , wherein the second terminal block ( 2 ) is a pogo pin assembly or a contact set corresponding to a pin head of the spring head assembly.
13 . The lifting frame assembly of claim 7 , wherein the tabletop support ( 52 ) is provided with a positioning face ( 53 ), the positioning face ( 53 ) is located in at least part of the region of the top of the supporting parts ( 51 ), and the positioning face ( 53 ) is in fit with the bottom face of the tabletop;
the second terminal block ( 2 ) is a pogo pin assembly; and when the supporting parts ( 51 ) move to an installation position, a direction of the pin head of the pogo pin assembly is perpendicular to the positioning face ( 53 ), and the pin head of the pogo pin assembly is higher than the positioning face ( 53 ).
14 . The lifting frame assembly of claim 7 , wherein the number of the at least two supporting parts ( 51 ) is two; and
corresponding wiring modes of the plurality of second electric connection contacts ( 21 ) respectively located at the two supporting parts ( 51 ) are configured to be circumferentially and symmetrically arranged, and the circumference is perpendicular to height directions of the supporting parts ( 51 ) and takes the two supporting parts ( 51 ) as end points of a diameter.
15 . The lifting frame assembly of claim 7 , wherein the number of the at least two supporting parts ( 51 ) is two;
the tabletop support ( 52 ) comprises two cross beams ( 521 ), two ends of each of the cross beams ( 521 ) are provided with two fixed connection points ( 55 ) and two hinge points ( 54 ), and the two hinge points ( 54 ) are located at inner sides of the two fixed connection points ( 55 ); and the two supporting parts ( 51 ) are configured to be clamped in middle positions of the two cross beams ( 521 ), are hinged to the cross beams ( 521 ) through the hinge points ( 54 ), and are fixedly connected to the cross beams ( 521 ) through the fixed connection points ( 55 ).
16 . The lifting frame assembly of claim 15 , wherein the tabletop support ( 52 ) further comprises:
two girders ( 522 ), wherein middle parts of the two girders ( 522 ) are fixedly connected to two ends of the cross beams ( 521 ), respectively, each of the girders ( 522 ) is provided with a connection point ( 56 ), and the supporting parts ( 51 ) are fixedly connected to the girders ( 522 ) through the connection points ( 56 ).
17 . A height adjustable table, wherein the height adjustable table comprises:
a tabletop assembly according to claim 1 ; a tabletop support ( 52 ) for being connected to a tabletop ( 6 ) of the tabletop assembly; at least two supporting parts ( 51 ), wherein a driving unit ( 4 ) is arranged in each of the supporting parts ( 51 ), and each of the supporting parts ( 51 ) comprises a second terminal block ( 2 ), the second terminal block ( 2 ) is provided with a plurality of second electric connection contacts ( 21 ), and the second electric connection contacts ( 21 ) are at least partially located outside of the supporting parts ( 51 ), and the second terminal block ( 2 ) is electrically connected to the driving unit ( 4 ); wherein the supporting parts ( 51 ) are movably connected to the tabletop support ( 52 ), when the supporting parts ( 51 ) move to an installation position with respect to the tabletop support ( 52 ), the second terminal block ( 2 ) moves to a connection position accordingly and is connected to a first terminal block ( 1 ) arranged on a tabletop assembly, and when the supporting parts ( 51 ) are located at a folding position with respect to the tabletop support ( 52 ), the supporting part ( 51 ) is in a folded state with the tabletop support ( 52 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
