Claims

Abstract

A vaporizer includes: a liquid storage tank for storing liquid; a vaporization core for vaporizing the liquid in the liquid storage tank; and a mounting base provided with an airflow channel penetrating an air inlet end and an air outlet end of the mounting base, a part of the airflow channel close to the air inlet end including a vaporization cavity and a part of the airflow channel close to the air outlet end including an air outlet channel such that vaporized liquid enters the air outlet channel from the vaporization cavity. A condensed liquid collecting structure is provided on the mounting base such that vapor of the vaporization cavity enters the air outlet channel through the condensed liquid collecting structure. The condensed liquid collecting structure collects the liquid condensed and left in the air outlet channel.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A vaporizer, comprising:
 a liquid storage tank configured to store liquid;   a vaporization core configured to vaporize the liquid in the liquid storage tank; and   a mounting base provided with an airflow channel penetrating an air inlet end and an air outlet end of the mounting base, a part of the airflow channel close to the air inlet end comprising a vaporization cavity and a part of the airflow channel close to the air outlet end comprising an air outlet channel such that vaporized liquid enters the air outlet channel from the vaporization cavity,   wherein a condensed liquid collecting structure is provided on the mounting base such that vapor of the vaporization cavity enters the air outlet channel through the condensed liquid collecting structure, and   wherein the condensed liquid collecting structure is configured to collect the liquid condensed and left in the air outlet channel.   
     
     
         2 . The vaporizer of  claim 1 , wherein the air outlet channel is located directly above the vaporization cavity,
 wherein a top of the mounting base is located between the vaporization cavity and the air outlet channel,   wherein the vapor of the vaporization cavity bypasses at least one side of a top of the mounting base so as to enter the air outlet channel, and   wherein the condensed liquid collecting structure comprises a capillary groove structure provided on the at least one side of the top of the mounting base.   
     
     
         3 . The vaporizer of  claim 1 , wherein a blocking portion is provided on the mounting base, the blocking portion comprising a first airflow guide plate, a second airflow guide plate, and a third airflow guide plate,
 wherein the first airflow guide plate is provided perpendicular to the air outlet channel and the first airflow guide plate is provided on an end portion of the air outlet channel close to the vaporization cavity and is provided at intervals,   wherein the second airflow guide plate and the third airflow guide plate are provided on one side of the first airflow guide plate away from the air outlet channel and are connected to two opposite ends of the first airflow guide plate, and the second airflow guide plate and the third airflow guide plate are exposed through a window provided on the mounting base, and   wherein the blocking portion and an inner wall of the mounting base form an inner cavity configured to accommodate the vaporization core, the liquid storage tank being in communication with the inner cavity.   
     
     
         4 . The vaporizer of  claim 3 , wherein an air outlet hole is provided on the air outlet end of the mounting base, the air outlet hole extending in a direction away from an upper base body to form an air outlet tube and further form the air outlet channel, and
 wherein the condensed liquid collecting structure comprises a first liquid collecting portion and a second liquid collecting portion, the first liquid collecting portion being provided on the blocking portion, the second liquid collecting portion being provided on an outer wall of the mounting base, the second liquid collecting portion being in communication with the first liquid collecting portion.   
     
     
         5 . The vaporizer of  claim 4 , wherein the first liquid collecting portion comprises the first airflow guide plate,
 wherein the first airflow guide plate comprises a V-shaped structure, and   wherein the first liquid collecting portion is configured to collect condensed liquid left in the air outlet channel and guide the condensed liquid to the second airflow guide plate and the third airflow guide plate.   
     
     
         6 . The vaporizer of  claim 4 , wherein a third capillary groove is provided on a surface of the first airflow guide plate close to the air outlet channel, end portions of the third capillary groove face toward the second airflow guide plate and the third airflow guide plate, the third capillary groove serving as the first liquid collecting portion, and
 wherein the first liquid collecting portion is configured to collect condensed liquid left in the air outlet channel and guide the condensed liquid to the second airflow guide plate and the third airflow guide plate.   
     
     
         7 . The vaporizer of  claim 3 , wherein junctions of the first airflow guide plate with the second airflow guide plate and the third airflow guide plate are provided obliquely, and
 wherein a width of a surface of the first airflow guide plate close to the air outlet channel is less than a width between a surface of the second airflow guide plate exposed through the window and a surface of the third airflow guide plate exposed through the window.   
     
     
         8 . The vaporizer of  claim 4 , wherein a fourth capillary groove is provided on the outer wall of the mounting base, the fourth capillary groove being transversely provided on the outer wall of the mounting base, the fourth capillary groove being configured to absorb liquid on the second airflow guide plate and the third airflow guide plate through a capillary force, the fourth capillary groove serving as the second liquid collecting portion, and
 wherein a bottom surface of the fourth capillary groove is flush with a side surface of each of the second airflow guide plate and the third airflow guide plate exposed through the window.   
     
     
         9 . The vaporizer of  claim 4 , wherein the mounting base comprises an upper base body and a lower base body,
 wherein an air guide groove structure is provided on an outer wall of the upper base body, and   wherein a shell covers the air guide groove structure to form a vent channel, the vent channel being configured to transmit external air to the liquid storage tank to balance air pressure in the liquid storage tank and an external air pressure.   
     
     
         10 . The vaporizer of  claim 9 , wherein an air inlet is provided on one end of the vent channel away from the liquid storage tank,
 wherein the air inlet is provided on an end portion of the upper base body close to the lower base body, and   wherein the air inlet is in communication with the vaporization cavity.   
     
     
         11 . The vaporizer of  claim 4 , wherein the mounting base comprises an upper base body and a lower base body, a recessed portion being provided on an outer wall of the upper base body, and
 wherein a shell covers the recessed portion to form a vent channel, the vent channel being configured to transmit external air to the liquid storage tank, the vent channel further comprising a liquid collecting tank configured to collect liquid left in the condensed liquid collecting structure and the vent channel.   
     
     
         12 . The vaporizer of  claim 11 , wherein an air inlet is provided on one end of the vent channel away from the liquid storage tank, the air inlet being provided on a side wall of the upper base body, the air inlet being configured to transmit air in the vaporization cavity to the vent channel, and
 wherein a position of the air inlet is higher than a bottom of the liquid collecting tank.   
     
     
         13 . The vaporizer of  claim 9 , wherein the condensed liquid collecting structure comprises a fifth capillary groove, the fifth capillary groove being provided on the outer wall of the upper base body, the fifth capillary groove being provided on two sides of the vent channel and being in communication with the vent channel, and
 wherein the fifth capillary groove is configured to collect leaked liquid in the vent channel.   
     
     
         14 . The vaporizer of  claim 11 , wherein the condensed liquid collecting structure comprises a fifth capillary groove, the fifth capillary groove being provided on the outer wall of the upper base body, the fifth capillary groove being provided on two sides of the vent channel and being in communication with the vent channel, and
 wherein the fifth capillary groove is configured to collect leaked liquid in the vent channel.   
     
     
         15 . The vaporizer of  claim 12 , wherein, when an air pressure in the liquid storage tank increases, the liquid is pressed to overflow to the vent channel as overflowed liquid,
 wherein the fifth capillary groove is configured to receive and lock the overflowed liquid, and   wherein, when the air pressure in the liquid storage tank decreases, the liquid in the fifth capillary groove refluxes to the liquid storage tank through the vent channel.   
     
     
         16 . The vaporizer of  claim 9 , wherein a first seal member is provided on one end of the vent channel close to the liquid storage tank,
 wherein a one-way valve matching an air outlet provided on an end portion of the vent channel is provided on the first seal member, the one-way valve being configured to block the liquid in the liquid storage tank from leaking to the vent channel, and   wherein, when the air pressure in the liquid storage tank is less than the external air pressure, fluid in the vent channel pushes the one-way valve to enter the liquid storage tank such that the fluid refluxes to the liquid storage tank through the vent channel.   
     
     
         17 . The vaporizer of  claim 11 , wherein a first seal member is provided on one end of the vent channel close to the liquid storage tank,
 wherein a one-way valve matching an air outlet provided on an end portion of the vent channel is provided on the first seal member, the one-way valve being configured to block the liquid in the liquid storage tank from leaking to the vent channel, and   wherein, when the air pressure in the liquid storage tank is less than the external air pressure, fluid in the vent channel pushes the one-way valve to enter the liquid storage tank such that the fluid refluxes to the liquid storage tank through the vent channel.   
     
     
         18 . The vaporizer of  claim 1 , wherein the condensed liquid collecting structure comprises a sixth capillary groove, the sixth capillary groove being provided on an inner wall of the air outlet channel, and
 wherein the sixth capillary groove is configured to absorb the condensed liquid in the air outlet channel.   
     
     
         19 . An electronic vaporization device, comprising:
 a power supply component; and   the vaporizer of  claim 1 .
