Electronic device
Abstract
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a substrate; a plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes disposed on the substrate; a connecting line disposed on the substrate; and a printed circuit board. The plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes are electrically connected to the printed circuit board through the connecting line. The connecting line includes a first part extending in a first direction and a second part extending in a second direction, and the first direction is different from the second direction. The first part has a first width along the second direction, the second part has a second width along the first direction, and the first width and the second width are different.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An electronic device, comprising:
a substrate; a plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes disposed on the substrate; a connecting line disposed on the substrate; and a printed circuit board, wherein the plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes are electrically connected to the printed circuit board through the connecting line, wherein the connecting line comprises a first part extending in a first direction and a second part extending in a second direction, and the first direction is different from the second direction, wherein the first part has a first width along the second direction, the second part has a second width along the first direction, and the first width and the second width are different.
2 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a connecting element disposed between the connecting line and the printed circuit board.
3 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the connecting element is a flexible flat cable.
4 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the connecting element is a flexible printed circuit.
5 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the connecting line is electrically connected to the printed circuit board through the connecting element.
6 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the connecting line is a power line.
7 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the connecting line is a line providing a driving voltage to the plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes.
8 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes are disposed on a front side of the substrate, and the printed circuit board is disposed on a back side of the substrate.
9 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein at least two of the plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes are electrically connected through the connecting line.
10 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising:
another plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes disposed on the substrate; and another connecting line disposed on the substrate, wherein the another plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes are electrically connected to the printed circuit board through the another connecting line.
11 . The electronic device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a backlight unit, wherein the backlight unit comprises the substrate, the plurality of inorganic light-emitting diodes, and the connecting line.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
