Disassembled functional bed base

Abstract

The demountable functional base can be produced as demounted and allows easy assembly by a single person with its separate parts. The base can be carried without impact during shipment, does not take up much space during transportation with its nested stacking feature, and allows the user to use it in single or double bed size.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A functional bed base, comprising:
 storage base;   legs;   back side parts;   base headboard;   back top slab;   headboard cover,   a nut welded to the metal profile part of the storage base ( 1 );   a joint hole drilled on the metal profile part of the back top slab ( 5 );   a stud placed between said nut and the joint hole while back top slab is assembling to the storage base; and   a wing nut fastening the storage base and the back top slab by said stud without requiring a clamping apparatus.   
     
     
         2 . The assembly, according to  claim 1 , wherein the storage base is comprised of disassembled parts stacked in the storage base and formed by placing the back side parts and base headboard on the back top slab. 
     
     
         3 . The assembly, according to  claim 1 , wherein the wing nuts allow for removing the part that is connected to the storage base and the back top slab with the joint elements by loosening said part when it is in an assembled state. 
     
     
         4 . The assembly, according to  claim 1 , wherein the wing nuts allow for assembling the part, being connected to the storage base and the back top slab with the joint elements by tightening it when said product is in a disassembled state . 
     
     
         5 . The assembly, according to  claim 1 , being a double-size or a single size bed structure. 
     
     
         6 . The assembly, according to  claim 1 , wherein the back top slab is fastened to the storage base by placing the nut and the joint holes correspondence to the stud and by using the wing nut.
