Non-Slip Footwear Device

Abstract

The present invention relates generally to the field of non-slip shoes. More specifically, the present invention relates to a non-slip footwear device that is comprised of an upper shoe portion and a sole. The upper shoe portion is comprised of a heel, an opening, at least one zipper, at least one strap, at least one shoelace, and a plurality of eyelets. The sole is comprised of at least one insole, at least one sole connector, and a plurality of grips. In this manner, the device can be worn by the user to provide a fashionable shoe that is also non-slip to prevent accidents in the workplace to protect the establishment from liability and to protect the user from injury.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A non-slip footwear device comprising:
 an upper shoe portion comprised of a heel;   a sole; and   an insole.   
     
     
         2 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 1 , wherein the sole is comprised of a grip area. 
     
     
         3 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 2 , wherein the grip area is comprised of a non-slip material. 
     
     
         4 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 3 , wherein the non-slip material is comprised of a rubber material. 
     
     
         5 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 1  further comprised of a zipper. 
     
     
         6 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 5 , wherein the zipper is comprised of a nylon coil zipper, a molded tooth zipper, or a metal zipper. 
     
     
         7 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 1  further comprised of a strap. 
     
     
         8 . A non-slip footwear device comprising:
 an upper shoe portion comprised of an indicia;   a sole comprised of a grip area; and   an insole.   
     
     
         9 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 8 , wherein the non-slip footwear device is comprised of a heeled sneaker, a sneaker, a heel, a moccasin, a boot, a loafer, or a sandal. 
     
     
         10 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 8 , wherein the upper is comprised of an elastic material. 
     
     
         11 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 8 , wherein the indicia is comprised of a pattern, a logo, an emblem, an image, a symbol, a design, a letter, a word, a character, an animal, an advertisement, or a brand. 
     
     
         12 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 8 , wherein the grip area resembles a shape. 
     
     
         13 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 8 , wherein the sole is comprised of a rubber material. 
     
     
         14 . A non-slip footwear device comprising:
 an upper shoe portion comprised a first indicia;   a sole comprised of a grip area and a second indicia; and   an insole.   
     
     
         15 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 14 , wherein the insole is comprised of a foam material. 
     
     
         16 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 14 , wherein the insole attaches to the sole via a sole connector. 
     
     
         17 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 16 , wherein the sole connector is comprised of a waterproof adhesive. 
     
     
         18 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 14 , wherein the first indicia is comprised of a pattern, a logo, an emblem, an image, a symbol, a design, a letter, a word, a character, an animal, an advertisement, or a brand. 
     
     
         19 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 14 , wherein the second indicia is comprised of a pattern, a logo, an emblem, an image, a symbol, a design, a letter, a word, a character, an animal, an advertisement, or a brand. 
     
     
         20 . The non-slip footwear device of  claim 14 , wherein the upper shoe portion is comprised of a waterproof material.
