Petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system
Abstract
The invention relates to petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system, which includes a pre-treatment operation facility for a treated matter to be treated as a raw material. A feeding unit is arranged to feed the raw material into at least one gasification reactor with a push rod or a screw for pyrolysis gasification. The upper half of the at least one gasification reactor is provided with a syngas collecting pipe which can be connected with a gas collecting pump, and the lower half is provided with a liquid petroleum output pipe and an ash residue outlet, in which the ash residue outlet can be provided with a spiral pipe to draw the ash residue out. The petroleum sludge and other wastes in a dense fluid state are transported from a raw material tank to the at least one gasification reactor end which is bent upward through at least one pipe body, and the feeding mode of pyrolysis gasification of the raw material from below to upper of the gasification reactor is adopted. The top of the at least one gasification reactor is provided with a syngas collecting pipe, and the other side is provided with an ash residue accumulation chamber. The ash residue can be centralized and discharged through the lower buffer chamber and the slag discharge chamber, so as to convert the petroleum sludge or other wastes into more energy-efficient syngas providing human beings as users of electric or thermal energy.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . Petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system, comprising:
a central control unit, a raw material hopper, at least one gasification reactor, at least one high frequency heater, at least one feeding pipe, at least one slag discharging pipe, at least one petroleum discharging pipe, and at least one syngas collecting pipe; wherein a plurality of pipes connected with the at least one gasification reactor include the at least one feeding pipe, the at least one slag discharge pipe, the at least one petroleum discharge pipe and the at least one syngas collecting pipe are consolidated as an integrally formed pipe body, or connecting ends between each of the plural pipes and each of components are consolidated by a flange joint, so that the system becomes a combined structure to facilitate the maintenance of the system or the replacement of the components.
2 . The petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system of claim 1 , wherein the flange joint is equipped with a thermal insulating gasket, an air-cooled or a water-cooled facility is installed to control heat conduction whether the plurality of pipes constituting the system is the integrally formed pipe body or the system becomes the combined structure, and the angle of θ between each of the at least one feeding pipe and each of the at least one gasification reactor is acute angle, obtuse angle or right angle.
3 . The petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system of claim 1 , wherein the system is further equipped with an air-tight chamber and a vacuum well/pump for gasification reaction of raw material under an oxygen-controlled environment.
4 . The petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system of claim 1 , wherein the system is designed as a mobile facility.
5 . The petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system of claim 4 , wherein the mobile facility is equipped with a battery or manpower or other power supply facilities, so as to have the self-initial power supply capability to start the mobile facility and further provide electric energy for self-charging and other electrical appliances users outside the system.
6 . The petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system of claim 1 , wherein the system is set to be mounted on a variety of vehicles to provide the vehicles with self-use energy or other power supply needs and become a movable power supply.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
