Abstract
Systems, methods, devices, and circuitries are provided for determining a material property. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving an environmental characteristic value from a user; determining garment suitability information for the environmental characteristic value; and providing an indication of the garment suitability information to the user.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A method, comprising:
receiving an environmental characteristic value from a user; determining garment suitability information for the environmental characteristic value; and providing an indication of the garment suitability information to the user.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the environmental characteristic value is a temperature.
3 . The method of claim 1 , comprising determining garment suitability information by:
reading data corresponding to garment identifiers mapped to environmental characteristic values; and selecting a garment identifier mapped to the environmental characteristic value.
4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the garment identifier comprises a thermal resistance value.
5 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the garment identifier comprises a material type identifier and a thickness.
6 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the garment identifier uniquely identifies a garment associated with the user.
7 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the garment identifier uniquely identifies a garment.
8 . An apparatus, comprising:
a memory; and a processor configured to execute instructions stored in the memory to perform functions corresponding to
receiving an environmental characteristic value from a user;
determining garment suitability information for the environmental characteristic value; and
providing an indication of the garment suitability information to the user.
9 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the environmental characteristic value is a temperature.
10 . The apparatus of claim 8 , the processor is configured to execute instructions stored in the memory to determine the garment suitability information by
reading data corresponding to garment identifiers mapped to environmental characteristic values; and selecting a garment identifier mapped to the environmental characteristic value.
11 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the garment identifier comprises a thermal resistance value.
12 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the garment identifier comprises a material type identifier and a thickness.
13 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the garment identifier uniquely identifies a garment associated with the user.
14 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the garment identifier uniquely identifies a garment.
15 . Non-transitory computer-readable medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor cause the processor to:
receive an environmental characteristic value from a user; determine garment suitability information for the environmental characteristic value; and provide an indication of the garment suitability information to the user.
16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the environmental characteristic value is a temperature.
17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the instructions include instructions that, when execute by the processor, cause the processor to determine garment suitability information by:
reading data corresponding to garment identifiers mapped to environmental characteristic values; and selecting a garment identifier mapped to the environmental characteristic value.
18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the garment identifier comprises a thermal resistance value.
19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the garment identifier comprises a material type identifier and a thickness.
20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the garment identifier uniquely identifies a garment associated with the user.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
