Value-added services provided in a seamless life format
Abstract
Value-added services that allow for a seamless integration of actions related to activities and/or events are provided. A determination is made that an event has started based on scheduled event data or historical information associated with a user. Profile data associated with the user is identified based on the start of the first event. The identity of the user is verified based on a mapping between the profile data and data related to the first event. Further, an activity related to a second event is triggered after completion of a transaction of the first event is completed. A suggested action may be activated based on the trigger event. The suggested action is based on historical information associated with the user and is not a component of the first event or the second event.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method, comprising:
determining a habit of a user based on historical data; determining a first event based on scheduled event data and the habit; determining an identity of the user for the first event based on an expected match between a user profile associated with the user and data related to the first event; identifying, using a machine learning and reasoning component, related events historically performed at a same time by the user; identifying, using the machine learning and reasoning component based on the related events, a second event to execute upon completion of the first event; triggering and executing, the second event upon effecting completion of a first transaction at the first event, wherein executing the second event comprises instructing a second system to perform the second event, wherein the second system performs the second event and performing the second event comprises completing a second transaction for the second event by dynamically executing a monetary exchange from an account associated with the identity of the user into another financial account associated with a third party associated with the first event without user intervention, and wherein the monetary exchange is conducted over a wireless communications network.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
receiving an identification of a mobile device associated with the identity of the user; and determining a geolocation of the mobile device.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein determining an identity of the user comprises determining the geolocation of the mobile device is substantially the same as an expected location of the first event.
4 . The method of claim 2 , wherein determining a geolocation of the mobile device further comprises determining a future expected location of the user.
5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising determining a recommended action based on the second event, wherein the recommended action is determined based on historical information associated with the identity of the user.
6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the recommended action relates to a health condition of the user.
7 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the recommended action comprises providing a list of preferred merchants.
8 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the recommended action comprises providing a list of nearby restaurants.
9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising providing an electronic notification associated with completion of the first transaction.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the electronic notification is transmitted over the wireless communications network.
11 . A system comprising:
a processor configured to: determine a habit of a user based on historical data; determine a first event based on scheduled event data and the habit; determine an identity of the user for the first event based on an expected match between a user profile associated with the user and data related to the first event; identify, using a machine learning and reasoning component, related events historically performed at a same time by the user; identify, using the machine learning and reasoning component based on the related events, a second event to execute upon completion of the first event; trigger and execute, the second event upon effecting completion of a first transaction at the first event, wherein executing the second event comprises instructing a second system to perform the second event, wherein the second system performs the second event and performing the second event comprises completing a second transaction for the second event by dynamically executing a monetary exchange from an account associated with the identity of the user into another financial account associated with a third party associated with the first event without user intervention, and wherein the monetary exchange is conducted over a wireless communications network.
12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the processor is further configured to:
receive an identification of a mobile device associated with the identity of the user; and determine a geolocation of the mobile device.
13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein determining an identity of the user comprises determining the geolocation of the mobile device is substantially the same as an expected location of the first event.
14 . The system of claim 12 , wherein determining a geolocation of the mobile device further comprises determining a future expected location of the user.
15 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the processor is further configured to determine a recommended action based on the second event, wherein the recommended action is determined based on historical information associated with the identity of the user.
16 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the recommended action relates to a health condition of the user.
17 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the recommended action comprises providing a list of preferred merchants.
18 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the recommended action comprises providing a list of nearby restaurants.
19 . The system of claim 11 , further comprising providing an electronic notification associated with completion of the first transaction.
20 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising program code that, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to:
determine a habit of a user based on historical data; determine a first event based on scheduled event data and the habit; determine an identity of the user for the first event based on an expected match between a user profile associated with the user and data related to the first event; identify, using a machine learning and reasoning component, related events historically performed at a same time by the user; identify, using the machine learning and reasoning component based on the related events, a second event to execute upon completion of the first event; trigger and execute, the second event upon effecting completion of a first transaction at the first event, wherein executing the second event comprises instructing a second system to perform the second event, wherein the second system performs the second event and performing the second event comprises completing a second transaction for the second event by dynamically executing a monetary exchange from an account associated with the identity of the user into another financial account associated with a third party associated with the first event without user intervention, and wherein the monetary exchange is conducted over a wireless communications network.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
