Abstract
An e-liquid filling structure, including a drip tip with an e-liquid cartridge, an air duct provided in the drip tip, a base mounted to the drip tip, an atomizing core on the base, and a connecting seal hermetically connecting the atomizing core to the air duct. Embodiments of the present invention further disclose an assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure, including installing an atomizing core, pre-installing a connecting seal, injecting e-liquid, and installing a base. An e-liquid injection hole in the embodiments of the present invention not only allows injection of e-liquid but also functions to fasten the atomizing core while another e-liquid filling hole is spared, so that the atomizing core is reliably sealed.

a drip tip, comprising an inhaling end and a first mounting end, wherein the drip tip is provided with an e-liquid cartridge inside, the first mounting end is provided with an e-liquid injection hole communicating with the e-liquid cartridge, and the inhaling end is provided with an air duct extending into the e-liquid cartridge; a base, comprising a second mounting end and a first sealing end, wherein the second mounting end is connected to the first mounting end, and the first sealing end seals the e-liquid injection hole; an atomizing core, comprising a first end of an atomizing core and a second end of an atomizing core opposite each other, wherein the first end of the atomizing core is disposed on the base, and the second end of the atomizing core extends from the e-liquid injection hole into the e-liquid cartridge; and a connecting seal, comprising a second sealing end and a third sealing end that are opposite each other, wherein the second sealing end is hermetically connected to the air duct, the third sealing end is hermetically connected to the second end of the atomizing core, and the connecting seal is provided with a through hole running through the second sealing end and the third sealing end.
2 . The e-liquid filling structure according to claim 1 , wherein the e-liquid cartridge is provided with a maximum fill line inside.
3 . The e-liquid filling structure according to claim 1 , wherein the first sealing end is provided with a base silica gel, and the base silica gel is capable of sealing between the e-liquid cartridge and the base.
4 . The e-liquid filling structure according to claim 1 , wherein the through hole is provided with a first section of a through hole and a second section of a through hole that communicate with each other, the first section of the through hole extends outward from the second sealing end, and the second section of the through hole extends outward from the third sealing end.
5 . The e-liquid filling structure according to claim 4 , wherein a baffle ring is provided between the first section of the through hole and the second section of the through hole.
6 . The e-liquid filling structure according to claim 5 , further comprising an air duct pipe, wherein the air duct pipe comprises a first end of an air duct pipe and a second end of an air duct pipe opposite each other, the air duct is provided in the air duct pipe and runs through the first end of the air duct pipe and the second end of the air duct pipe, the first end of the air duct pipe is detachably connected to the inhaling end, the second end of the air duct pipe extends into the e-liquid cartridge, the inhaling end is provided with an inhaling hole, and the inhaling hole allows the air duct to communicate with the outside of the drip tip.
7 . The e-liquid filling structure according to claim 6 , wherein the second end of the air duct pipe is able to be sheathed in the first section of the through hole or sheathe the second sealing end.
8 . The e-liquid filling structure according to claim 5 , wherein the atomizing core comprises:
an atomizing core housing, comprising a first end of an atomizing core housing and a second end of an atomizing core housing that are opposite each other, wherein the atomizing core housing is provided with a heating wire mounting hole and an air hole communicating with the heating wire mounting hole, the heating wire mounting hole extends outward from the atomizing core housing second end, and the first end of the atomizing core housing is provided on the base; a heating wire provided in the heating wire mounting hole, wherein atomization cotton is provided between the heating wire and a hole wall of the heating wire mounting hole; and a sealing ring, wherein the sealing ring is provided at the first end of the atomizing core housing and capable of sealing between the atomizing core housing and the base.
9 . The e-liquid filling structure according to claim 8 , wherein the first end of the atomizing core housing is sheathed in the second section of the through hole.
10 . An assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure, comprising an e-liquid filling structure, wherein the e-liquid filling structure comprises:
a drip tip, comprising an inhaling end and a first mounting end, wherein the drip tip is provided with an e-liquid cartridge inside, the first mounting end is provided with an e-liquid injection hole communicating with the e-liquid cartridge, and the inhaling end is provided with an air duct extending into the e-liquid cartridge; a base, comprising a second mounting end and a first sealing end, wherein the second mounting end is connected to the first mounting end, and the first sealing end seals the e-liquid injection hole; an atomizing core, comprising a first end of an atomizing core and the second end of the atomizing core that are opposite each other, wherein the first end of the atomizing core is disposed on the base, and the second end of the atomizing core extends from the e-liquid injection hole into the e-liquid cartridge; and a connecting seal, comprising a second sealing end and a third sealing end that are opposite each other, wherein the second sealing end is hermetically connected to the air duct, the third sealing end is hermetically connected to the second end of the atomizing core, and the connecting seal is provided with a through hole running through the second sealing end and the third sealing end; and the method comprises the following specific steps: S1. installing the atomizing core: installing the atomizing core on the base, and then securing a base silica gel to the base; S2. pre-installing the connecting seal: installing the air duct pipe in the drip tip, and then pre-installing the second sealing end of the connecting seal to the second end of the air duct pipe, with a pre-installation distance left such that the connecting seal is temporarily not installed in place; S3. injecting e-liquid: injecting e-liquid from the e-liquid injection hole to the e-liquid cartridge until an e-liquid level is up to a maximum fill line; and S4. installing the base: sheathing the third sealing end of the connecting seal in the second end of the atomizing core of the atomizing core mounted to the base, and then pushing the base slowly down until the base is installed in place, in which case the e-liquid is just enough to fill the e-liquid cartridge and gaps between components.
11 . The assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure according to claim 10 , wherein the e-liquid cartridge is provided with the maximum fill line inside.
12 . The assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure according to claim 10 , wherein the first sealing end is provided with the base silica gel, and the base silica gel is capable of sealing between the e-liquid cartridge and the base.
13 . The assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure according to claim 10 , wherein the through hole is provided with a first section of a through hole and a second section of a through hole that communicate with each other, the first section of the through hole extends outward from the second sealing end, and the second section of the through hole extends outward from the third sealing end.
14 . The assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure according to claim 13 , wherein a baffle ring is provided between the first section of the through hole and the second section of the through hole.
15 . The assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure according to claim 14 , further comprising an air duct pipe, wherein the air duct pipe comprises a first end of an air duct pipe and a second end of an air duct pipe that are opposite each other, the air duct is provided in the air duct pipe and runs through the first end of the air duct pipe and the second end of the air duct pipe, the first end of the air duct pipe is detachably connected to the inhaling end, the second end of the air duct pipe extends into the e-liquid cartridge, the inhaling end is provided with an inhaling hole, and the inhaling hole allows the air duct to communicate with the outside of the drip tip.
16 . The assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure according to claim 15 , wherein the second end of the air duct pipe is able to be sheathed in the first section of the through hole or sheathe the second sealing end.
17 . The assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling structure according to claim 14 , wherein the atomizing core comprises:
an atomizing core housing, comprising a first end of an atomizing core housing and a second end of an atomizing core housing that are opposite each other, wherein the atomizing core housing is provided with a heating wire mounting hole and an air hole communicating with the heating wire mounting hole, the heating wire mounting hole extends outward from the second end of the atomizing core housing, and the first end of the atomizing core housing is provided on the base; a heating wire provided in the heating wire mounting hole, wherein atomization cotton is provided between the heating wire and a hole wall of the heating wire mounting hole; and a sealing ring, wherein the sealing ring is provided at the first end of the atomizing core housing and capable of sealing between the atomizing core housing and the base.
