Abstract
An aluminum alloy brazing sheet having a core material, a brazing filler material provided on one surface of the core material, and an intermediate material provided between the core material and the brazing filler material. The core material contains, in mass%, Mn: 0.20% to 2.00%, Si: 0.20% to 1.50%, Cu: 0.20% to 1.50%, and Mg: 0.10% to 0.90%, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities. The intermediate material contains, in mass%, Zn: 0.50% to 8.00%, and Mg: 0.10% to 0.90%, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities. The brazing filler material contains, in mass%, Si: 5.00% to 15.00%, Mg: 0.10% to 0.90%, Bi: 0.10% to 0.50%, and Cu: 0.05% to 0.50%, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities. The aluminum alloy brazing sheet satisfies the formula 10.0≤[Zn]/[Cu]≤40.0.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An aluminum alloy brazing sheet, comprising:
a core material; a brazing filler material provided on one surface of the core material; and an intermediate material provided between the core material and the brazing filler material; wherein the core material comprises:
Mn: 0.20 mass% or more and 2.00 mass% or less;
Si: 0.20 mass% or more and 1.50 mass% or less;
Cu: 0.20 mass% or more and 1.50 mass% or less; and
Mg: 0.10 mass% or more and 0.90 mass% or less, with a remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities;
the intermediate material comprises:
Zn: 0.50 mass% or more and 8.00 mass% or less; and
Mg: 0.10 mass% or more and 0.90 mass% or less, with a remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities;
the brazing filler material comprises:
Si: 5.00 mass% or more and 15.00 mass% or less;
Mg: 0.10 mass% or more and 0.90 mass% or less;
Bi: 0.10 mass% or more and 0.50 mass% or less; and
Cu: 0.05 mass% or more and 0.50 mass% or less, with a remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities; and
a relational expression of 10.0 ≤ [Zn]/[Cu] ≤ 40.0 is satisfied, in which [Zn] is a content of Zn in the intermediate material in mass%, and [Cu] is a content of Cu in the brazing filler material in mass%.
2 . The aluminum alloy brazing sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the intermediate material further comprises Bi: 0.10 mass% or more and 0.50 mass% or less.
3 . The aluminum alloy brazing sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the intermediate material has a cladding ratio of 12.0% or more and 30.0% or less.
4 . The aluminum alloy brazing sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the brazing filler material further comprises one or more of Mn: 0.30 mass% or less and Ti: 0.30 mass% or less.
5 . The aluminum alloy brazing sheet according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the core material or the intermediate material further comprises at least one of Ti: 0.30 mass% or less, Cr: 0.30 mass% or less, and Zr: 0.30 mass% or less.
6 . An aluminum alloy brazed body obtained by brazing the aluminum alloy brazing sheet according to claim 1 .
7 . The aluminum alloy brazing sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the intermediate material has a cladding ratio of 12.0% or more and 30.0% or less.
8 . The aluminum alloy brazing sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the brazing filler material further comprises one or more of Mn: 0.30 mass% or less and Ti: 0.30 mass% or less.
9 . The aluminum alloy brazing sheet according to claim 2 , wherein at least one of the core material or the intermediate material further comprises at least one of Ti: 0.30 mass% or less, Cr: 0.30 mass% or less, and Zr: 0.30 mass% or less.
