Abstract
A brush for the application of fluid products, particularly for powdery, creamy, liquid products or the like, comprises at least one gripping portion intended to be grasped by a user's hand when handling the brush; and at least one housing seat associated with the gripping portion and intended to house an application body comprising, in turn, a plurality of spreading elements adapted to take and apply a fluid product on a working surface; wherein the gripping portion and the application body are at least partly made of a biopolymer.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 ) A brush for the application of fluid products, powdery products, creamy products, and/or liquid products, said brush comprising:
at least one gripping portion intended to be grasped by a user's hand when handling the brush; and at least one housing seat associated with said gripping portion and intended to house an application body comprising, in turn, a plurality of spreading elements adapted to take and apply a fluid product on a working surface, wherein said gripping portion and said application body are at least partly made of a biopolymer.
2 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein, said biopolymer is selected from the list comprising: polyolefins, polyamides, polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), butylene adipate-coterephthalate (PBAT), polybutylene succinate (PBS), polyaprolactone (PCL), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) or combinations thereof.
3 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein said housing seat is formed on said gripping portion.
4 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein said housing seat is coupled to said gripping portion by interposition of a union element comprising an opening defining said housing seat.
5 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein said application body locked together with said gripping portion.
6 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein said housing seat has an undercut configured to allow the retention of said application body in said housing seat.
7 ) The brush according to claim 6 , wherein said spreading elements have a first end associated with a supporting element and a second free end, opposite said first end and adapted to take and apply said fluid product, said supporting element being configured to fit to measure into said undercut.
8 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein said spreading elements have a first end associated with said housing seat and a second free end, opposite said first end, protruding from said housing seat and adapted to take and apply said fluid product.
9 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein said application body is associated in a removable manner with said gripping portion.
10 ) The brush according to claim 9 , wherein said application body comprises an interlocking portion opposite said spreading elements and fittable substantially to measure by interlocking in said housing seat.
11 ) The brush according to claim 10 , wherein said interlocking portion has a conformation substantially complementary to said housing seat.
12 ) The brush according to claim 11 , wherein said application body is movable due to the effect of an external force applied by a user, between:
a configuration of normal use wherein said spreading elements are protruding from said housing seat and intended to contact said fluid product for the application on said working surface and said interlocking portion is fitted into said housing seat; and a protection configuration wherein said spreading elements are housed in said housing seat and said interlocking portion is protruding from said housing seat.
13 ) The brush according to claim 12 , wherein said interlocking portion has a decorative element intended, in said protection configuration, to protrude overhanging from said housing seat.
14 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein said spreading elements and said gripping portion are made of the same material, which is said biopolymer.
15 ) The brush according to claim 1 , wherein said application body has a conformation substantially complementary to said housing seat.
16 ) The brush according to claim 7 , wherein said spreading elements are sealed to said supporting element.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
