Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for emulsion and paste in tube packages, and belongs to the field of articles of daily use. The apparatus includes a housing composed of an enclosure, a face shell and a transparent plate; cambered splints are placed in the surface shell; an actuating device is arranged in the enclosure to control a pressing movement of the cambered splints; and two induction heads are further arranged in an inner cavity, and cooperates with a control panel in the enclosure to achieve automatic control. In the whole extrusion apparatus, by using the actuating device, the two cambered splints are arranged in the apparatus in an inverted V shape.

What is claimed is:

1 . A full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for emulsion and paste in tube packages, comprising an enclosure ( 1 ), wherein a face shell ( 2 ) is mounted at a front end of the enclosure ( 1 ); an inner cavity ( 3 ) is formed inside the face shell ( 2 ); a transparent plate ( 5 ) is movably mounted at a front end of the inner cavity ( 3 ); the inner cavity ( 3 ) is shared with an inner space of the enclosure ( 1 ); two cambered splints ( 9 ) are arranged inside; bottoms of the two cambered splints ( 9 ) are movably connected together and are arranged inside the inner cavity ( 3 ) in an inverted V shape to form a triangular space; tops of the two cambered splints ( 9 ) are connected to one actuating device ( 11 ) together; the actuating device ( 11 ) controls the cambered splints ( 9 ) to be opened and closed through a screw rod drive structure; a control panel ( 12 ) and a battery compartment ( 13 ) are further arranged inside the enclosure ( 1 ); a dry battery ( 14 ) is mounted in the battery compartment ( 13 ) to supply power to the actuating device ( 11 ), and is electrically connected with the control panel ( 12 ) for controlling; an upper induction head ( 4 ) and a lower induction head ( 24 ) are separately arranged in the inner cavity ( 3 ) and are electrically connected to the control panel ( 12 ).

2 . The full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for the emulsion and paste in the tube packages according to claim 1 , wherein a door latch ( 26 ) for locking the transparent plate ( 5 ) is further arranged on an inner wall of the face shell ( 2 ); a cover plate ( 8 ) is in fastened connection outside the battery compartment ( 13 ); the control panel ( 12 ) extends out to form a pair of indicator lamps ( 7 ) and a switch ( 6 ); and end portions of the indicator lamps ( 7 ) and the switch ( 6 ) are all arranged on a surface of the face shell ( 2 ).

3 . The full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for the emulsion and paste in the tube packages according to claim 1 , wherein one rotating shaft ( 15 ) is arranged at each of a top and a bottom of one side of the transparent plate ( 5 ), and the transparent plate is rotatably mounted at a front end of the face shell ( 2 ) by using the rotating shafts ( 15 ); a first fixing clip ( 16 ) for locking a head portion of a paste package tube ( 10 ) is arranged at an upper position of a back surface of the transparent plate ( 5 ); and a second fixing clip ( 25 ) is symmetrically arranged on an inner wall of the inner cavity ( 3 ).

4 . The full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for the emulsion and paste in the tube packages according to claim 1 , wherein the actuating device ( 11 ) comprises a motor ( 18 ); the motor ( 18 ) is fixed on an inner wall of the enclosure ( 1 ) through a mounting fastener ( 23 ); an output end of the motor ( 18 ) is connected with one actuating screw rod ( 22 ); threads at two ends of the actuating screw rod ( 22 ) are opposite and each have half of a length; the two ends of the actuating screw rod ( 22 ) are separately in threaded connection with a first sliding block ( 19 ) and a second sliding block ( 20 ); the first sliding block ( 19 ) and the second sliding block ( 20 ) are both L-shaped; tops of the two sliding blocks are movably connected together through one guide rod ( 21 ), and bottoms separately clamp the tops of the two cambered splints ( 9 ).

5 . The full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for the emulsion and paste in the tube packages according to claim 1 , wherein the bottoms of the cambered splints ( 9 ) are in hinge connection and rotate by using one pin shaft ( 17 ); and two ends of the pin shaft ( 17 ) are separately connected to the inner walls of the enclosure ( 1 ) and the face shell ( 2 ) and are limited.

6 . The full-automatic induction extrusion apparatus for the emulsion and paste in the tube packages according to claim 1 , wherein the upper induction head ( 4 ) is arranged on an inner wall of a top end of the inner cavity ( 3 ); and the lower induction head ( 24 ) is arranged in the second fixing clip ( 25 ), is located at a middle point between the two cambered splints ( 9 ), and directly faces the head portion of the paste package tube ( 10 ).
