Abstract

A system for flight tracking of an electric aircraft is presented. A system includes a non-volatile data storage unit. A non-volatile data storage unit is housed within a protective barrier of an electric aircraft. A non-volatile data storage unit is configured to receive flight data of an electric aircraft from a computing device. A non-volatile data storage unit is configured to record flight data. A non-volatile data storage unit is configured to categorize flight data to at least two flight data groups. A system includes a computing device. A computing device is housed within an electric aircraft. A computing device is configured to receive flight data from at least a sensor of an electric aircraft. A computing device is configured to convey flight data to a non-volatile data storage unit. A computing device is configured to transmit flight data to at least an external computing device.

1 . A system for flight tracking of an electric aircraft, comprising:
 at least a sensor of the electric aircraft, wherein a battery sensor of the at least a sensor is connected to a battery pack, wherein the battery sensor is configured to:
 detect flight data comprising at least a voltage of the battery pack; 
 measure a voltage capacity; 
 compare the measured voltage capacity to a voltage threshold; and 
 identify at least an event as a function of the compared measured voltage capacity and voltage threshold, wherein the at least an event indicates at least an upper voltage threshold; 
   a non-volatile data storage unit, wherein the non-volatile data storage unit is configured to:
 receive the flight data of the electric aircraft from a computing device; 
 record the flight data; and 
 categorize the flight data to at least two flight data groups; and 
   the computing device communicatively connected to the electric aircraft, wherein the computing device is configured to:
 receive the flight data from the at least a sensor of the electric aircraft; 
 convey the flight data to the data storage unit; and 
 transmit the flight data to at least an external computing device. 
   
     
     
         2 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the electric aircraft comprises an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. 
     
     
         3 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the flight data further comprises a charge level of the battery pack. 
     
     
         4 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the flight data further comprises a cell failure of the battery pack. 
     
     
         5 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the at least a sensor further comprises a propulsor sensor configured to detect the flight data, wherein the flight data comprises flight component state data. 
     
     
         6 . The system of  claim 5 , wherein the flight component state data comprises a torque output. 
     
     
         7 . The system of  claim 5 , wherein the flight component state data comprises a health status. 
     
     
         8 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the non-volatile data storage unit is further configured to transmit an identifying signal. 
     
     
         9 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the computing device is further configured to activate a recording function of the non-volatile data storage unit as a function of a user input. 
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the computing device is further configured to:
 detect a failure event using the at least a sensor; and   activate a recording function of the non-volatile data storage unit to record data of the failure event.   
     
     
         11 . A method of flight tracking for an electric aircraft, comprising:
 detecting flight data comprising at least a voltage of a battery pack using a battery sensor of at least a sensor of the electric aircraft, wherein the battery sensor of the at least a sensor is connected to the battery pack;
 measuring a voltage capacity; 
 comparing the measured voltage capacity to a voltage threshold; and 
 identifying at least an event as a function of the compared measured voltage capacity and voltage threshold, wherein the at least an event indicates at least an upper voltage threshold; 
   receiving, at a computing device communicatively connected to the electric aircraft, the flight data from the at least a sensor of the electric aircraft;   conveying, from the computing device to a non-volatile data storage unit of the electric aircraft, the flight data;   receiving, at the non-volatile data storage unit, the flight data of the electric aircraft from a computing device;   recording, at the non-volatile data storage unit, the flight data;   categorizing, at the non-volatile data storage unit, the flight data to at least two flight data groups; and   transmitting the flight data to at least an external computing device from the computing device of the electric aircraft.   
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the electric aircraft includes an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the flight data further comprises a charge level of the battery pack. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the flight data further comprises a cell failure of the battery pack. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising detecting, at a propulsor sensor of the at least a sensor, flight data, wherein the flight data comprises flight component state data. 
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 15 , wherein the flight component state data comprises a torque output. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 15 , wherein the flight component state data comprises a health status. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the non-volatile data storage unit is further configured to transmit an identifying signal. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising activating, by the computing device, a recording function of the non-volatile data storage unit as a function of a user input. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 detecting, at the computing device, a failure event using the at least a sensor; and   activating, using the computing device, a recording function of the non-volatile data storage unit to record data of the failure event.
