Abstract

A method of forming a dietary supplement can include steps of creating a composition of matter comprising tianeptine, sakae naa, and optionally, at least one of kava, CDP Choline, and Alpha GPC; and providing the composition of matter in a liquid or solid form. The ingredient of tianeptine can be tianeptine sodium, tianeptine free acid, or both. Providing the composition of matter can include filling a container with the composition of matter.

Therefore, I claim: 
     
         1 . A method of forming a dietary supplement, comprising steps of:
 creating a composition of matter comprising a first ingredient of tianeptine and a second ingredient of sakae naa; and   providing the composition of matter in one of a liquid and a solid form as the dietary supplement;   wherein the dietary supplement provides at least one synergistic effect over the first and second ingredients when ingested or metabolized.   
     
     
         2 . The dietary supplement of  claim 1 . 
     
     
         3 . A method of forming a dietary supplement, comprising steps of:
 creating a composition of matter comprising a first ingredient of tianeptine and a second ingredient of sakae naa; and   providing the composition of matter in one of a liquid and a solid form as the dietary supplement;   wherein the dietary supplement provides at least one less effect of the first and second ingredients when ingested or metabolized.   
     
     
         4 . The dietary supplement of  claim 3 .
