Claims

Abstract

The present invention relates to a decorative serving device designed to serve single servings of cake, cupcakes, and/or ice cream. The device is comprised of at least two dessert cups attached side by side on a supportive base with an attached decorative 2D or 3D image, and a creation displayed behind the dessert cups. A plastic spoon is releasably attached to the decorative 3D image and available for use. The cups can be integrated or removably attached to the base. In other embodiments, the device accommodates three cups for serving cake, cupcake, ice cream, beverage, and other snacks. The device enables attendees of a party to consume small amounts of dessert without any wastage of same.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A stackable serving apparatus comprising:
 a serving device comprising a base having a top surface, a bottom surface, a front surface, rear surface and a pair of side surfaces;   wherein said rear surface includes a wall vertically extending therefrom forming a backdrop for said serving device;   wherein said wall includes a 3D image;   wherein said top surface of said base includes at least two cut-outs for insertion of cups therein;   wherein a first cup holds a cake, and a second cup holds an ice cream;   wherein said first cup is of a first size and said second cup is of a second size and said first size is different from said second size; and   further wherein at least one of said pair of side surfaces includes a slot for removably storing an eating utensil.   
     
     
         2 . The stackable serving apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein said utensil is a spoon. 
     
     
         3 . The stackable serving apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein said serving device includes a material selected from a group consisting of a food grade plastic, a cardboard, and a fabric. 
     
     
         4 . The stackable serving device of  claim 3 , wherein said cups are removable from said cut-outs. 
     
     
         5 . The stackable serving device of  claim 4 , wherein said cups are paper cups. 
     
     
         6 . The stackable serving device of  claim 5 , wherein said cups include a volume from about 4 oz. to about 8 oz. 
     
     
         7 . The stackable serving device of  claim 6 , wherein said cups include a GSM from about 400 GSM to about 500 GSM. 
     
     
         8 . The stackable serving device of  claim 6 , wherein said cups include a height from about 2″ to about 5″. 
     
     
         9 . The stackable serving device of  claim 3 , wherein said cups are integrated with said base. 
     
     
         10 . The stackable serving device of  claim 9 , wherein said cups include lids for covering items held in said cups. 
     
     
         11 . The stackable serving device of  claim 5 , wherein said cups and said serving device are disposable. 
     
     
         12 . The stackable serving device of  claim 4 , wherein said serving device is reusable. 
     
     
         13 . A stackable serving apparatus comprising:
 a serving device including a base having a top surface, a bottom surface, a front surface, rear surface, and a pair of side surfaces;   wherein said rear surface includes a wall vertically extending therefrom forming a backdrop for said serving device;   wherein said wall includes a 3D image;   wherein said top surface of said base includes three cut-outs;   wherein each of said three cut-outs holds a cup therein;   wherein each one of said cups sized to hold an edible food or beverage therein;   wherein a first cup is of a first size, a second cup is of a second size, and a third cup is of a third size; and   further wherein said first size is different from said second size and different from said third size.   
     
     
         14 . The stackable serving apparatus of  claim 13 , wherein at least one of said pair of side surfaces includes a slot for removably storing a spoon. 
     
     
         15 . The stackable serving apparatus of  claim 13 , wherein said serving device includes a material selected from a group consisting of a food grade plastic, a cardboard, and a fabric. 
     
     
         16 . The stackable serving device of  claim 13 , wherein said serving said cups are removable from said cut-outs. 
     
     
         17 . The stackable serving device of  claim 16 , wherein said cups are paper cups. 
     
     
         18 . The stackable serving device of  claim 16 , further comprising a plurality of serving devices wherein each said serving device is stackable within another said service device. 
     
     
         19 . A plurality of stackable serving devices comprising:
 a plurality of serving devices wherein each service device including a base having a top surface, a bottom surface, a front surface, rear surface, and a pair of side surfaces;   wherein said rear surface includes a wall vertically extending therefrom forming a backdrop for said serving device;   wherein said wall includes an image;   wherein said top surface of said base includes a plurality of cut-outs;   wherein each of said plurality of cut-outs holds a cup therein;   wherein each one of said cups sized to hold an edible food or beverage therein;   wherein a first cup is of a first size, a second cup is of a second size, and a third cup is of a third size;   further wherein said first size, said second size, and said third size is from about 2″ to about 5″ in height and from about 2″ to about 5″ in diameter; and   further wherein said plurality of serving devices includes at least one said service device stackable with at least another said service device.   
     
     
         20 . The plurality of stackable serving devices of  claim 19 , wherein at least one of said pair of side surfaces includes a slot for removably storing a spoon.
