Gambler's Purse

Abstract

A gambler's purse designed to be a portable, key locked container into which a gambler can insert winnings. Once inserted, the winnings cannot be accessed without the use of the key, which would appropriately be stored somewhere away from the gambling. The gambler's purse may further comprise a coin purse and/or phone case on the exterior, multiple internal compartments so that some are accessible and others are not, and Battery backup.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A gambler's purse for the purpose of saving winnings from gambling and preventing the user from being gambled, said gamblers purse comprising:
 the gambler's purse with a top, a plurality of sides, a bottom, at least one slot, an opening, a keyed lock and a strap;   wherein the purse top, plurality of sides, bottom are made of a rigid material in order to retain the desired shape, said rigid material to include at least one of plastic, glass, and/or wood;   the top being at least one of flat, domed, peaked, curved, and/or pointed;   the top further being connected to the plurality of sides so that, along with the bottom, an enclosed space is formed;   wherein there is the enclosed space and an outside;   wherein the strap comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the strap being connected to at least one of the top or the plurality of sides, and the second end of the strap being connected to at least one of the top or the plurality of sides;   wherein there is at least one slot in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom;   wherein there is a hinged door in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom to allow access into the enclosed space; and   wherein the hinged door is opened and closed with the use of the keyed lock.   
     
     
         2 . The gambler's purse of  claim 1  further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom. 
     
     
         3 . The gambler's purse of  claim 1  further comprising a divider within the enclosed space, said divider to separate the enclosed space into two compartments, a first compartment connected to the at least one slot, with a second compartment that is accessible from a hinged access. 
     
     
         4 . The gambler's purse of  claim 3  further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom. 
     
     
         5 . The gambler's purse of  claim 1  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while a Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         6 . The gambler's purse of  claim 2  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while a Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         7 . The gambler's purse of  claim 3  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while a Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         8 . The gambler's purse of  claim 4  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while a Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         9 . A gambler's purse for the purpose of saving winnings from gambling and preventing the user from being gambled, said gamblers purse comprising:
 the gambler's purse with an upper opening, a plurality of sides, a bottom, at least one slot, a keyed lock and a strap;   wherein the gambler's purse plurality of sides, bottom are made of a material, said material to include at least one of leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material;   the upper opening comprising a first edge and a second edge;   the upper opening is made of a material, said material to include at least one of metal, wood, leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material.   the upper opening further being connected to the plurality of sides so that, along with the bottom, create an enclosed space, said enclosed space is accessible through the upper opening;   wherein there is the enclosed space and an outside;   wherein the gambler's purse is sealed by at least one of a flap that that covers the upper opening, a zipper, a clasp, or a hinged access;   the strap comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the strap being connected to at least one of the first edge, the second edge, or the plurality of sides and the second end of the strap being connected to at least one of the first edge, the second edge, or the plurality of sides;   wherein there is at least one slot in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom; and   wherein the at least one of the flap, zipper, or clasp comprises the keyed lock to secure the at least one flap, zipper, or clasp.   
     
     
         10 . The gambler's purse of  claim 9  further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom. 
     
     
         11 . The gambler's purse of  claim 9  further comprising a divider within the enclosed space, said divider to separate the enclosed space into two compartments, a first compartment connected to the at least one slot, with a second compartment that is accessible from the hinged access; and
 wherein the first compartment is accessible by the hinged access with the keyed lock. 
 
     
     
         12 . The gambler's purse of  claim 11  further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom. 
     
     
         13 . The gambler's purse of  claim 9  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         14 . The gambler's purse of  claim 10  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         15 . The gambler's purse of  claim 11  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         16 . The gambler's purse of  claim 12  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         17 . A gambler's purse for the purpose of saving winnings from gambling and preventing the user from being gambled, said gamblers purse comprising:
 the gambler's purse with an upper opening, a plurality of sides, a bottom, a box, at least one slot, a keyed lock and a strap;   wherein the gambler's purse plurality of sides, bottom are made of a material, said material to include at least one of leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material;   the upper opening comprising a first edge and a second edge;   the upper opening is made of a material, said material to include at least one of metal, wood, leather, plastic, vinyl, cotton, wool, pleather, nylon, and/or woven material.   the upper opening further being connected to the plurality of sides so that, along with the bottom, create an enclosed space, said enclosed space is accessible through the upper opening;   wherein there is the enclosed space and an outside;   the box is within the enclosed space and comprises a top, a bottom, and a plurality of sides;   the strap comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the strap being connected to at least one of the first edge, the second edge or the plurality of sides and the second end of the strap being connected to at least one of the first edge, the second edge, or the plurality of sides;   wherein there is at least one slot in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom of the box;   wherein there a hinged door in at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom to allow access into the of the box; and   wherein the hinged door comprises the keyed lock to secure the box.   
     
     
         18 . The gambler's purse of  claim 17  further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom. 
     
     
         19 . The gambler's purse of  claim 17  wherein the box comprising the at least one slot wherein the at least one slot located in at least one of the top, the bottom, and/or the plurality of sides;
 wherein the slot that is on at least one of the bottom or plurality of sides of the box has an adjacent slot that passes through the at least one of the plurality of sides or the bottom to the outside; 
 wherein the hinged door is located in at least one of the plurality of sides, and/or bottom to allow access into the of the box and to the outside; and 
 wherein the hinged door comprises the keyed lock to secure the box. 
 
     
     
         20 . The gambler's purse of  claim 19  further comprising at least one of a change purse and/or phone case, said change purse and/or phone case being attached to the outside of at least one of the top, plurality of sides, and/or bottom. 
     
     
         21 . The gambler's purse of  claim 17  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         22 . The gambler's purse of  claim 18  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         23 . The gambler's purse of  claim 19  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space. 
     
     
         24 . The gambler's purse of  claim 20  further comprising a Battery backup, said battery backup wherein the battery is within the enclosed space while Charge port is accessed from at least one of the outside and/or within the enclosed space.
