Automatic hair curler
Abstract
The present disclosure discloses an automatic hair curler, which includes a hair curling part and a handle part; the hair curling part includes two splint devices arranged oppositely, and a sleeve concentrically sleeved outside the splint devices, the splint device includes a mounting shell arranged along an axial direction and a heating plate component movably mounted on the inner side of the mounted shell, an elastic member is provided between the mounting shell and the heating plate component so that two sets of opposite heating plate components can be attached to form a hair heating working surface, the sleeve has two oppositely arranged placement grooves distributed along the axial direction; wherein a driving motor for driving the sleeve or the splint devices to rotate around an axis is provided in the handle part.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An automatic hair curler, comprising a hair curling part and a handle part, wherein the hair curling part comprises two splint devices arranged oppositely, and a sleeve concentrically sleeved outside the splint devices, the splint device comprises a mounting shell arranged along an axial direction and a heating plate component movably mounted on the inner side of the mounted shell, an elastic member is provided between the mounting shell and the heating plate component so that two sets of opposite heating plate components can be attached to form a hair heating working surface, the sleeve has two oppositely arranged placement grooves distributed along the axial direction, wherein a driving motor for driving the sleeve or the splint devices to rotate around an axis is provided in the handle part.
2 . The automatic hair curler of claim 1 , wherein, the handle part comprises a housing formed with an air duct, and a fan component arranged in the housing, the mounting shell has an air guiding cavity communicating with the air duct in its interior, and a plurality of air outlet holes communicating with the air guiding cavity are distributed on the outer side of the mounting shell.
3 . The automatic hair curler of claim 2 , wherein, an air guiding groove is provided corresponding to the inner side of each of the air outlet holes, and the air guiding groove is closed on its peripheral side but has an inlet toward a rear end, and the bottom surface of the air guiding groove is a slope-shaped air guiding surface that tapers toward a front end; wherein a height of the inward sinking of the inlet of each of the air guiding grooves distributed from the rear end to the front end gradually increases.
4 . The automatic hair curler of claim 2 , wherein, the splint device is driven by the driving motor to rotate around the axis, and the sleeve is fixedly connected with the handle part.
5 . The automatic hair curler of claim 4 , wherein, a Hall switch component is provided for controlling a rotation angle of the splint device, and the Hall switch component comprises one set or two sets symmetrically arranged around the circumference.
6 . The automatic hair curler of claim 4 , wherein, a spacing plate that can rotate with the splint device is provided between the driving motor and an end of the splint device, the spacing plate has a through hole corresponding to the air guiding cavity, and a shielding part for shielding an end of the heating plate component.
7 . The automatic hair curler of claim 6 , wherein, a conductive component for electrical connection is sleeved on a driving shaft of the driving motor, the conductive component comprises a fixed ring near a side of the driving motor, and a rotating ring near a side of the curling part and rotating with the driving shaft, the fixed ring and the rotating ring are electrically connected by conductive elastic pieces that are in rotational contact with each other.
8 . The automatic hair curler of claim 1 , wherein the heating plate component are mounted to the mounting shell at its two ends through a sliding buckle structure that can slide along a clamping direction of the splint device.
9 . The automatic hair curler of claim 1 , wherein a hook-shaped part is provided at the front part of the placement groove, which extends laterally for preventing hair from falling out of the placement groove.
10 . The automatic hair curler of claim 1 , wherein the front ends of the two sets of heating plate components are formed with flared guiding surfaces for guiding hair onto the hair heating working surface.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
