Abstract

A device is provided for wear protection of a collar tip of a shirt collar or blouse collar. The wear protection protects the collar tip, which is particularly susceptible to wear, during a washing process. Thus, it is possible for shirts to remain intact despite several washing operations and thus to be worn longer by the user. Also provided is a composite of several wear protection devices, and a method of manufacturing the corresponding device.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A device for wear protection of a collar tip (S) of a shirt collar, comprising:
a protective unit (SE) having a receiving compartment (AF) suitable for partially enclosing the collar tip (S); and a fixing rocker (FW) which is partially pivotably mounted in a recess (A) in the protective unit (SE) and which narrows the receiving compartment (AF) in a lowered resting state and widens the receiving compartment (AF) for receiving the collar tip (S) in a raised state compared with the resting state, wherein a plastic is used which integrally forms the device in such a way that the fixing rocker is pivotable by being arranged with only thin webs on the protective unit within the recess in the protective unit.

2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the fixing rocker (FW) is provided with an inscription which rises from the fixing rocker (FW).

3 . The device of claim 2 , wherein an elevation by the inscription is designed in such a way that it forms a relief.

4 . The device of claim 2 , wherein the inscription is designed in such a way that the elevation enables a non-slip grip.

5 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the fixing rocker (FW) is arranged orthogonally to an opening of the receiving compartment (AF).

6 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the receiving compartment (AF) is suitable for partially positively enclosing the collar tip (S).

7 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the fixing rocker (FW) is mounted in such a way that, in the lowered rest state, it narrows the receiving compartment (AF) in such a way that a received collar tip (S) is subjected to pressure.

8 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the protective unit (SE) is at least partially transparent.

9 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the protective unit (SE) has at least one passage.

10 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the protection unit (SE) comprises an extension (V) arranged with respect to the fixing rocker (FW) in such a way that the fixing rocker (FW) can be subjected to pressure and the extension (V) constitutes a counter pole for exerting pressure.

11 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the fixing rocker (FW) and/or the protective unit (SE) are each at least partially ribbed.

12 . A composite of at least two devices of claim 1 , wherein the at least two devices are separably connected to each other.

13 . A method of manufacturing a device for wear protection of a collar tip (S) of a shirt collar, comprising:
providing ( 100 ) a protective unit (SE) having a receiving compartment (AF) adapted to partially enclose the collar tip (S); and providing ( 101 ) a fixing rocker (FW) partially pivotally supported in a recess (A) in the protective unit (SE), which in a lowered rest state narrows the receiving compartment (AF) and in a raised state widens the receiving compartment (AF) for receiving the collar tip (S) compared to the rest state, wherein a plastic material is used which integrally forms the device in such a way that the fixing rocker becomes pivotable by being arranged with only thin webs on the protective unit within the recess in the protective unit.

14 . A method of manufacturing a device according to claim 1 , wherein injection molding or 3D printing is used.
