Abstract
Systems and methods are provided for project and task management. A user interface may be provided, which may display an individual's identifier along with one or more performance indicators. The performance indicators may include information based on the evaluation of the individual's past performance.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 5 . (canceled)
6 . A digital pinboard system for managing a project, comprising:
a network of node devices each of which provides two or more switchable user interfaces for a user to manage a plurality of tasks associated with a project as a plurality of graphical note representations in a digital pinboard environment, wherein the plurality of tasks are organized in the digital pinboard environment and wherein each of the plurality graphical note representations is configured to dynamically display one or more performance indicators associated with an assignee of a task corresponding to the graphical note representation; and a digital pinboard server configured to:
automatically update and reorganize the graphical note representations according to a predetermined order or visual arrangement in the digital pinboard environment upon performance of the one or more tasks without action by the one or more assignees; and
generate real-time task management information comprising at least the one or more performance indicators for display on the network of node devices; wherein the one or more performance indicators includes an achievement rating based on a number of tasks completed within each task's corresponding target date.
7 . The digital pinboard system of claim 6 , wherein the achievement rating further comprises a number of overdue tasks.
8 . The digital pinboard system of claim 6 , wherein the achievement rating further comprises a percentage of tasks completed within each task's corresponding target date.
9 . The digital pinboard system of claim 6 , wherein the percentage of tasks completed within each task's corresponding target date excludes unrated tasks.
10 . The digital pinboard system of claim 6 , wherein the percentage of tasks completed within each task's corresponding target date includes a subset of the percentage of task completed over a period of time.
11 . In a digital pinboard system including a digital pinboard server networked to a plurality of node devices each of which provides two or more switchable user interfaces for managing a project, a method comprising:
displaying a plurality of graphical note representations in a digital pinboard environment, wherein a plurality of tasks are organized in the digital pinboard environment and wherein the plurality graphical note representations is configured to dynamically display one or more performance indicators associated with an assignee of a task corresponding to the graphical note representation; automatically update and reorganize the graphical note representations according to a predetermined order or visual arrangement in the digital pinboard environment upon performance of the one or more tasks without action by the one or more assignees; and generate real-time task management information comprising at least the one or more performance indicators for display on the network of node devices; wherein the one or more performance indicators includes an achievement rating based on a number of tasks completed within each task's corresponding target date.
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the achievement rating further comprises a number of overdue tasks.
13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the achievement rating further comprises a percentage of tasks completed within each task's corresponding target date.
14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the percentage of tasks completed within each task's corresponding target date excludes unrated tasks.
15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the percentage of tasks completed within each task's corresponding target date includes a subset of the percentage of task completed over a period of time.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
