Claims

Abstract

An adjustable dumbbell is provided, the adjustable dumbbell includes a dumbbell body and weight plates cumulatively attached to two ends of the dumbbell body. The dumbbell body includes a handle and a mounting portion provided at two ends of the handle for connecting the weight plates, and also includes a first telescopic rod and a second telescopic rod configured for hanging the weight plates, and being penetrated inside the handle. Each of the two ends of the handle is fixedly connected with a screw transmission member, and the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod each is respectively connected with the screw transmission member at the two ends of the handle by screw pairs with opposite directions of rotation.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An adjustable dumbbell, comprising a dumbbell body and weight plates cumulatively attached to two ends of the dumbbell body, the dumbbell body comprising a handle and a mounting portion provided at two ends of the handle for connecting the weight plates, and also comprising a first telescopic rod and a second telescopic rod, the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod being penetrated inside the handle, and the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod being driven to move away from each other to protrude out of or retract into the dumbbell body such that the weight plates are hung on the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod to adjust a number of the weight plates at the two ends of the dumbbell body, wherein: each of the two ends of the handle is fixedly connected with a screw transmission member, and the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod each is respectively connected with the screw transmission member at the two ends of the handle by screw pairs with opposite directions of rotation such that, when the handle is rotated forward or reversed, the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod are driven to extend or retract the dumbbell body away from each other by cooperation of the screw transmission member with the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod. 
     
     
         2 . The adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 1 , wherein the screw transmission member is a ring-shaped structure, and the screw transmission member is inserted and fixed to the handle from an axial outer side of the handle.

The adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 2 , wherein the handle is provided with a first positioning step, one end of the screw transmission member abuts the first positioning step; the handle is further provided with a clamp spring groove at an outer periphery, the screw transmission member is further fixedly provided with a second positioning step extending along an axial direction of the screw transmission member, and a clamp spring is clamped and fixed on the clamp spring groove and abuts against the second positioning step such that an axial positioning of the screw transmission member is realized.

The adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 2 , wherein one of the two ends of the handle is provided with a positioning groove extending along an axial direction of the handle, the screw transmission member is fixedly provided with a third positioning step extending along a radial direction of the screw transmission member, and the third positioning step is positioned in the positioning groove such that a circumferential positioning of the screw transmission member is realized.

The adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 2 , wherein the handle is provided with a first positioning step, one end of the screw transmission member abuts the first positioning step; the handle is further provided with a clamp spring groove at an outer periphery of the handle, the screw transmission member is further fixedly provided with a second positioning step extending along an axial direction of the screw transmission member, and a clamp spring is clamped and fixed on the clamp spring groove and abuts against the second positioning step such that an axial positioning of the screw transmission member is realized; one of the two ends of the handle is provided with a positioning groove extending along an axial direction of the handle, the screw transmission member is fixedly provided with a third positioning step extending along a radial direction of the screw transmission member, and the third positioning step is positioned in the positioning groove such that a circumferential positioning of the screw transmission member is realized; wherein, the second positioning step and the third positioning step are integrally formed on an outer peripheral surface of the screw transmission member to form a two-stage step. 
     
     
         6 . The adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 1 , wherein the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod are provided with threaded grooves, and the screw transmission member is provided with an internal thread matched with the threaded grooves. 
     
     
         7 . The adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 1 , wherein each peripheral surface of the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod is provided with a sliding groove opened along an axial direction thereof; the mounting portion is provided with a telescopic rod exposure hole for the first telescopic rod or the second telescopic rod extending outward, the telescopic rod exposure hole is fixedly provided with a limit block mating a shape of the sliding groove inside; and the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod are configured to be extended and retracted in a linear motion along the axial direction thereof through mating the limit block inside the sliding groove.
