Claims

Abstract

A cleaning device includes a rolling brush mounted on a housing and can be in rolling contact with the ground. A waste collection region is integrally or separately provided in the housing, and the waste collection region is provided with a collection inlet provided corresponding to the rolling brush. Waste brought up by the rolling contact is collected into the waste collection region under the rotation action of the rolling brush. The housing is provided with one or more scraping guiders connected to the collection inlet, and each of the scraping guiders is in flexible pressure contact with the rolling brush or the ground, and is configured to scrape off residual waste absorbed by the rolling brush or residual waste on the ground and transfer the residual waste into the waste collection region.

A cleaning device, comprising a roller brush mounted on a housing and capable of reaching rolling contact with a ground, wherein the housing is integrally or separately provided with a waste collection region, the waste collection region is provided with a collection inlet corresponding to the roller brush, and waste brought up by the rolling contact is collected into the waste collection region under a rotating action of the roller brush; and the housing is provided with one or more scraping guides connected to the collection inlet, and each scraping guide reaches flexible pressure contact with the roller brush or the ground, and is configured to scrape off residual waste absorbed by the roller brush or residual waste on the ground and transfer the residual waste to the waste collection region.

The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the roller brush correspondingly matches the housing to form a roller brush scraping guide connected to the collection inlet, and the roller brush scraping guide is configured to scrape off the residual waste absorbed by the roller brush and transfer the residual waste to the waste collection region; and the roller brush scraping guide comprises a roller brush scraper located on the housing and reaching flexible pressure contact with the roller brush, the roller brush scraper is provided with a liquid storage space, and the liquid storage space is connected to the waste collection region through a drainage path.

The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the roller brush scraping guide comprises a roller brush scraper located on the housing and reaching flexible pressure contact with the roller brush; and the roller brush scraper is separately mounted and connected to the housing, and a distance between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush is capable of being adjusted through a lifting motion, to adjust a flexible pressure contact effect between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush and meet cleaning requirements under different cleaning conditions; wherein the distance between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush is increased under a sweeping condition for a ground sweeping effect of the roller brush, and the distance between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush is reduced under a mopping condition for a ground mopping effect.

The cleaning device according to  claim 2 , wherein the liquid storage space comprises a liquid storage and drainage groove connected to the drainage path, the liquid storage and drainage groove is provided with several scraping holes, and through the flexible pressure contact between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush, each of the scraping holes scrapes off the residual waste absorbed by the roller brush and transfers the residual waste to the liquid storage and drainage groove; or
 the liquid storage space comprises a liquid storage cavity plate with a liquid storage cavity, the liquid storage cavity plate is provided with several scraping holes, and through the flexible pressure contact between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush, each of the scraping holes scrapes off the residual waste absorbed by the roller brush and transfers the residual waste to the water storage cavity plate.   
     
     
         5 . The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the roller brush correspondingly matches the housing to form a ground scraping guide connected to the collection inlet, and the ground scraping guide is configured to scrape off the residual waste on the ground and transfer the residual waste to the waste collection region through a rotary motion of the roller brush; and the ground scraping guide comprises a ground scraping bar and a guide surface separately located on the housing, the ground scraping bar reaches flexible pressure contact with the ground, and the guide surface is connected to the collection inlet. 
     
     
         6 . The cleaning device according to  claim 5 , wherein the ground scraping bar extends obliquely in a direction of the roller brush, and the ground scraping bar is capable of swinging relative to the guide surface to adjust resistance on flexible pressure contact between the ground scraping bar and the ground.

The cleaning device according to  claim 5 , wherein the ground scraping bar extends obliquely in a direction of the roller brush, and the ground scraping bar is mounted on the guide surface ( 52 ) in a relatively swinging mode to adjust resistance on flexible pressure contact between the ground scraping bar and the ground. 
     
     
         8 . The cleaning device according to  claim 5 , wherein a water collection stand is formed among the ground scraping bar and two ends of the guide surface, two ends of the ground scraping bar each are provided with a protruding portion to form a recessed backflow collection region located in the middle, and waste in the recessed backflow collection region is transferred to the waste collection region through the rotary motion of the roller brush. 
     
     
         9 . The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the housing is provided with a roller brush scraping guide and a ground scraping guide that are connected to the collection inlet and are located respectively above and below the collection inlet, wherein
 the roller brush scraping guide reaches flexible pressure contact with the roller brush, and is configured to scrape off the residual waste absorbed by the roller brush or the residual waste on the ground and transfer the residual waste to the waste collection region; and the ground scraping guide reaches pressure contact with the ground, and is configured to scrape off the residual waste on the ground and transfer the residual waste to the waste collection region; and   in a rotating state of the roller brush, a directional closed-loop cleaning path is formed among the ground, the roller brush, and the waste collection region through linked scraping by the roller brush scraping guide and the ground scraping guide.   
     
     
         10 . The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , wherein a receiving and flow guiding groove connected to the scraping guide is provided at a bottom portion of the housing, and is configured to receive liquid drops dropped when the roller brush rotates, and the liquid in the receiving and flow guiding groove is transferred to the waste collection region by the scraping guide. 
     
     
         11 . The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the roller brush comprises a driving roller driven by a drive and relatively rotatably mounted on the housing, and a periphery of the driving roller is wrapped with a flexible roller brush for flexible contact with the ground, wherein materials of the flexible roller brush comprise at least two types of cleaning fibers with unequal water absorbencies, the cleaning fibers with a high water absorbency is configured for removal of liquid waste on the ground, and the cleaning fibers with a low water absorbency is configured for removal of solid waste on the ground. 
     
     
         12 . The cleaning device according to  claim 11 , wherein the cleaning fibers have a fluff length ranging from 15 mm to 30 mm.

The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the waste collection region comprises a lower liquid waste collection region and an upper solid waste collection region that are separated from each other, wherein the solid waste collection region is provided with the collection inlet corresponding to the roller brush, and a filter partition is arranged between the solid waste collection region and the liquid waste collection region. 
     
     
         14 . The cleaning device according to  claim 13 , wherein a solid waste collection box with the collection inlet is served in the solid waste collection region, and a liquid waste collection box is served in the liquid waste collection region, wherein the solid waste collection box comprises a solid waste collection box side plate located on a side of the collection inlet, the solid waste collection box side plate is provided with a solid anti-overflow limiting portion obliquely extending to an inside of the solid waste collection box, and the solid anti-overflow limiting portion is located below the collection inlet. 
     
     
         15 . The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , further comprising a liquid sprayer, wherein the liquid sprayer comprises a liquid storage region for storing a cleaning liquid, and the liquid storage region selectively sprays the cleaning liquid onto the ground and/or the roller brush by an electric pump or a mechanical pump; and the mechanical pump or the electric pump is connected to at least one nozzle through a liquid spray pipeline, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the ground and/or the roller brush through the nozzle. 
     
     
         16 . The cleaning device according to  claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises a mounting housing for mounting the roller brush; and a cover plate drive is mounted between a roller brush cover plate and the mounting housing, the roller brush cover plate is capable of performing a lifting motion relative to the mounting housing by the cover plate drive, and a distance is adjustable between the roller brush cover plate and the roller brush by the lifting motion, wherein the cover plate drive is a mechanical drive, an electric drive, or an electromagnetic coil drive.
