Abstract
A wearable hands-free precipitation-protection apparatus can be worn by adults and children. May be used for Outdoor Restaurants and Fastfood Servers to protect them from any form of Precipitation examples Rain, Snow, Sleet or bright sun shinning. Children may wear outdoors to protect from any form of precipitation or sun. It will free the hands of the adult or child. There are 3 straps with interconnectable adjustable buckle harness for tightening and security. One goes around the waist of a human child or adult. Other two goes around the left and right arm. Additionally, there is a tube connected elongated the back connected to the straps that a straight handle Umbrella will be placed. There is a foam innertube to secure and protect straight handle umbrella for falling or tilting. Accordingly, the front of the garment contains two pockets on the lower left and right side around the waist strap as shown in the drawings filed herewith. The pockets can be used for carrying items such as cellphones, wallets e.t.c. thereby ensuring the wearer's hands are free.

There is one strap along the waistline and the other two under and across the left and right shoulders respectively for purposes properly fitting on the wearer's body.

The foam-filled tubing eliminates the straight handle umbrella from tilting or falling.
4 . A wearable hands free precipitation-protection apparatus as, which has two pockets on the lower left and right side around the waist strap as shown in the drawings FIG. 5 Number 4 filed herewith. The pockets can be used for carrying items such as cellphones, wallets e.t.c. thereby ensuring the wearer's hands are free
