The atomizer (1) comprises: a housing (11), a chamber (111) being formed at the interior thereof and an opening (112) being provided at one end to allow the chamber (111) to communicate with the outside; a base (12), comprising a first end (121) and a second end (122), the first end (121) of the base (12) being inserted into the chamber (111) and being connected to the inner wall of the chamber (111) so as to be fixed in the chamber (111), and the second end (122) extending in a direction close to the opening (112) and being spaced apart from the inner wall of the chamber (111) so as to jointly enclose to form a liquid storage cavity (113) for storing an aerosol generating substrate; an atomization core assembly (13), which is provided in the base (12), the base (12) being provided with an oil guide hole (123) that places the atomization core assembly (13) and the liquid storage cavity (113) in communication; and a suction nozzle assembly (14), which is detachably connected to the housing (11) and is covered by the opening (112), an exhaust channel (124) for conveying an aerosol being formed in the base (12), and the exhaust channel (124) communicating with the suction nozzle assembly (14). The described atomizer (1) can achieve 360° barrier-free oil injection and has a stable structure; the structure is not easily loosened when touching an oil injection machine during an automatic oil injection process.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An atomizer, comprising:
a housing, which is internally hollow to form a cavity, and provided with an opening at one end, enabling the cavity to be in communication with the outside; a base, comprising a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the base is inserted into the cavity and connected to the inner wall of the cavity, to be fixed within the cavity, the base extends along the direction from the first end towards the opening, the second end is suspended in the cavity, and the base is spaced from the housing to form a liquid storage cavity therebetween for storing an aerosol generation substrate; an atomization core assembly, provided in the base, the atomization core assembly being configured to heat the aerosol generation substrate to generate an aerosol; and a suction nozzle assembly, detachably connected to the housing and at least a part of which is accommodated in a gap between the housing and the second end of the base.
2 . The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the base is internally provided with an outlet channel configured to convey the aerosol, and the outlet channel is in communication with the suction nozzle assembly, such that the aerosol generated by the atomization core assembly heating the aerosol generation substrate can be discharged to the outside via the suction nozzle assembly.
3 . The atomizer according to claim 1 , further comprising limit posts, wherein limit grooves are provided on the peripheral side of the base close to the first end, the housing is provided with mounting holes, and one end of the limit post is fixed within the mounting hole while the other end is inserted into the limit groove, to limit movement of the base along the axial direction of the cavity.
4 . The atomizer according to claim 3 , wherein there are at least two limit posts, and the limit posts are provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the housing.
5 . The atomizer according to claim 3 , further comprising first sealing members and second sealing members, wherein the first sealing members and the second sealing members are sleeved on the surface of the peripheral side of the first end at intervals, and the first sealing members and the second sealing members are respectively located on two opposite sides of the mounting holes.
6 . The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the surface of the peripheral side of the base close to the first end is in interference fit with the inner wall of the cavity, enabling the base to be fixed within the cavity.
7 . The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the first end is adhesively connected to the inner wall of the cavity, enabling the base to be fixed within the cavity.
8 . The atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the suction nozzle assembly comprises a bracket and a sealing cover, the bracket is fixed at the opening, the sealing cover is inserted into the bracket and connected to the second end of the base, the sealing cover is provided with a through hole in communication with the outlet channel, and the aerosol generated by the atomization core assembly heating the aerosol generation substrate can be discharged to the outside via the outlet channel and the through hole.
9 . The atomizer according to claim 8 , wherein the suction nozzle assembly further comprises third sealing members, wherein the third sealing members are sleeved on the sealing cover, and some of the third sealing members are located between the side wall of the sealing cover and the inner wall of the bracket, while some of the third sealing members are located between the inner wall of the sealing cover and the outer wall of the second end.
10 . The atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the end face of the second end is located within the cavity.
11 . The atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the end face of the second end extends out of the cavity.
12 . The atomizer according to claim 10 , wherein a vent hole is formed in the position, close to the second end, of the base, and the vent hole is in communication with the outlet channel.
13 . The atomizer according to claim 12 , further comprising a sealing plug, wherein when the suction nozzle assembly is disassembled from the housing, the sealing plug is connected to the second end and blocks the vent hole.
14 . An electronic cigarette, comprising the atomizer according to claim 1 and a battery assembly, the battery assembly being configured to supply power to the atomizer.
