Abstract

An assembly for mated dual support stands is presented. The assembly comprises two support stands. Each support stand includes three or more legs operable between a closed conformation and an open conformation, such that in the closed conformation, the two support stands reversibly mate with each other. An adaptor includes mounts for the three or more legs. A support interface is positioned opposite the legs so that the support interface is reversibly attachable to an elongated tube via attachment componentry.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An assembly for mated dual support stands, comprising:
two support stands, each support stand including:
 three or more legs operable between a closed conformation and an open conformation, such that in the closed conformation, the two support stands reversibly mate with each other;
an adaptor including mounts for the three or more legs; and
a support interface, positioned opposite the legs, the support interface reversibly attachable to an elongated tube via attachment componentry.

2 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein each support stand includes one or more magnets attached to each leg, such that in the closed conformation, the magnets from a first support stand adhere to the magnets of a second support stand.

3 . The assembly of claim 2 , wherein each leg includes a mating adaptor that extends laterally from the respective leg and houses one or more magnets.

4 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the adaptor of a first support stand includes a receiving notch for each leg of the second support stand when the first support stand is mated with the second support stand.

5 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein each leg is configured to produce or reflect light.

6 . The assembly of claim 5 , wherein each support stand further includes a light emitting diode light module.

7 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein each adaptor and each support interface comprise separate components that are reversible attachable.

8 . The assembly of claim 7 , wherein each adaptor and each support interface are coupled together via an insert that enables a height of the support stand to be adjusted.

9 . A support stand for an elongated tube, comprising:
three or more legs operable between a closed conformation and an open conformation, wherein the support stand is configured, when in the closed conformation, to reversibly mate with a second support stand; an adaptor including mounts for the three or more legs; and a support interface, positioned opposite the legs, the support interface reversibly attachable to an elongated tube via attachment componentry.

10 . The assembly of claim 9 , wherein the support stand includes one or more magnets attached to each leg, such that in the closed conformation, the magnets from a first support stand adhere to the magnets of a second support stand.

11 . The assembly of claim 10 , wherein each leg includes a mating adaptor that extends laterally from the respective leg and houses one or more of the magnets.

12 . The assembly of claim 10 , wherein the adaptor of the first support stand includes a receiving notch for each leg of the second support stand when the first support stand is mated with the second support stand.

13 . The assembly of claim 9 , wherein each leg is configured to produce or reflect light.

14 . The assembly of claim 13 , wherein the support stand further includes a light emitting diode light module.

15 . The assembly of claim 9 , wherein the adaptor and the support interface comprise separate components that are reversible attachable.

16 . The assembly of claim 15 , wherein the adaptor and the support interface are coupled together via an insert that enables a height of the support stand to be adjusted.

17 . An assembly for mated dual support stands, comprising:
two support stands, each support stand including: three or more legs including a leg base opposite an attachment end, the three or more legs operable between a closed conformation and an open conformation, such that in the closed conformation, the two support stands reversibly mate with each other; an adaptor including leg mounts for the attachment ends of the three or more legs; and a support interface coupled to the adaptor and positioned opposite the legs, the support interface reversibly attachable to a device via attachment componentry so that when attached to the support interface, the device is supported by the support stand when the legs are in the open conformation and the leg bases are positioned on a surface.

18 . The assembly of claim 17 , wherein each support stand includes one or more magnets attached to each leg, such that in the closed conformation, the magnets from a first support stand adhere to the magnets of a second support stand.

19 . The assembly of claim 18 , wherein each leg includes a mating adaptor that extends laterally from the respective leg and houses one or more magnets.

20 . The assembly of claim 17 , wherein each adaptor and each support interface comprise separate components that are reversible attachable.
