Double-Layer Footwear for Precluding Water Penetration

Abstract

A double-layer footwear, especially a water sport footwear, comprises: an outer rubber foam panel defining a first joint member in an outer seam in the outer rubber foam panel, and an inner rubber foam panel defining a second joint member in an inner seam in the inner rubber foam panel and adhered with the outer rubber foam panel with an adhesive, with the second joint member being projectively separated from the first joint member with a barrier distance, to thereby securely preclude water penetration through the outer and inner seams into a wearer's foot.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A double-layer footwear comprising: an outer rubber foam panel having a first joint member for joining an outer seam in the outer rubber foam panel, and an inner rubber foam panel having a second joint member for joining an inner seam in the inner rubber foam panel and adhered with the outer rubber foam panel with an interface adhesive, with the second joint member projectively separated from the first joint member with a barrier distance, to preclude water penetration through the outer and inner seams into a wearer's foot; and each said joint member including an adhesive and a stitching. 
     
     
         2 . A double-layer footwear, which is made by a covering consisting of an outer rubber foam panel, and an inner rubber foam panel combined and adhered by an interface adhesive between the outer and inner panels;
 said outer rubber foam panel including two outer rubber foam sheets, joined by a first joint member at an outer seam by adhering and sewing the opposite end portions of the two outer rubber foam sheets to join the two outer rubber foam sheets together;   said inner rubber foam panel including two inner rubber foam sheets joined by a second joint member at an inner seam by adhering or sewing the opposite end portions of the two inner rubber foam sheets and then joined together;   said outer rubber foam panel and said inner rubber foam panel adhered and joined by an interface adhesive to form the covering of the footwear;   said second joint member projectively deviated or separated from said first joint member with a barrier distance for securely precluding unexpected water penetration.   
     
     
         3 . A footwear according to  claim 2 , wherein each said joint member includes an adhesive and a stitching. 
     
     
         4 . A footwear according to  claim 2 , wherein said covering further comprises a sealing tape adhered on a bottom of said inner seam of said inner rubber foam panel for further sealing said inner seam.
