Adjustable wrap shaping garment

Abstract

An adjustable wrap shaping garment includes a body section and first and second adjustable wrap pieces. A first end of the first adjustable wrap piece is coupled to a first side of the body section. A second end of the first adjustable wrap piece includes a first component of a first coupling mechanism. A first end of the second adjustable wrap piece is coupled to a second side of the body section. A second end of the second adjustable wrap piece includes a first component of a second coupling mechanism. An exterior portion of the second adjustable wrap piece includes a second component of the first coupling mechanism. The adjustable wrap shaping garment further includes a back portion of the body section that includes a second component of the second coupling mechanism.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An adjustable wrap shaping garment comprises:
 a body section encircling a waist area of a wearer of the adjustable wrap shaping garment, wherein the body section consists of one or more materials having one or more compressive properties;   a first adjustable wrap piece, wherein a first end of the first adjustable wrap piece is coupled to a first side of the body section, wherein a second end of the first adjustable wrap piece includes a first component of a first coupling mechanism, and wherein the first coupling mechanism includes at least two first coupling positions;   a second adjustable wrap piece, wherein a first end of the second adjustable wrap piece is coupled to a second side of the body section, wherein a second end of the second adjustable wrap piece includes a first component of a second coupling mechanism, wherein the second coupling mechanism includes at least two second coupling positions, and wherein an exterior portion of the second adjustable wrap piece includes a second component of the first coupling mechanism such that the first adjustable wrap piece is attachable to the exterior portion of the second adjustable wrap piece; and   a back portion of the body section, wherein the back portion includes a second component of the second coupling mechanism such that the second adjustable wrap piece is attachable to the back portion, wherein attaching the first component of the first coupling mechanism to the second component of the first coupling mechanism at a first position of the at least two first coupling positions generates a first shaping effect at the first side of the wearer, and wherein attaching the first component of the second coupling mechanism to the second component of the second coupling mechanism at a first position of the at least two second coupling positions generates a second shaping effect at the second side of the wearer.
